Hi - this review is actually for Saffron restaurant rather than a stay at the hotel (we only came for dinner) …it really was fabulous, incredible food, attentive friendly service …Shari and all of front of house were fantastic! Spent time chatting to us, explaining the dishes, wine and philosophy of the kitchen. The attention to detail was unusual and we eat out a lot. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

疫情關係，一別5年，重臨悅榕莊，難以想像在各行各業面對如此困境，特別是酒店深受衝擊的情況下，沒想到這間酒店的環境及服務一直在提升，相比往日，今次的入住體驗非常驚喜，服務更主動，過往香精油會按周幾而預先放置，今次在登記的時候提供香油選擇，更貼合客人的喜好，入住後，茶水的配套也有提升，另外每次都會浸泡的水池，預設是溫水，無需再調溫，清潔一如以往，非常乾淨。值得向朋友推薦的一間好酒店。 值得讚賞房務員Robert, 當我們準備入房時，Robert非常有禮貌地跟我們打招呼，笑容非常親切。Robert和Fred做開床服務時非常認真和很禮貌👍除了房務員外，前堂部的職員和禮賓部的同事非常有禮貌，笑容親切。我們今次的旅程非常感謝酒店的安排，有種回家的感覺。我們短期內會再計劃安排入住此酒店。👍
