Cher Sanam 630, Nous regrettons sincèrement que notre proposition de dédommagement n'est pas répondu à vos attentes. La localisation de notre hôtel au cœur d'un espace vert protégé peut en effet compter quelques inconvénients comme le chant des grenouilles quelques jours à la saison des amours mais, nous devons composer avec cette nature que nous souhaitons préserver aux portes des villes. La climatisation de votre chambre à fait l'objet d'une révision car la satisfaction de nos clients est notre priorité et nous regrettons sincèrement le bruit dérangeant. Nous espérons vous revoir et vous faire vivre une meilleure expérience :) Cordialement
