Absolutely central location, perfect for business trips and interacting with governmental bodies. A bit outdated rooms (noisy aircon) but excellent service and breakfast.

This place has the best saunas in town, but the rooms and service are disappointing. The selection of saunas and their maintenance are excellent, although the pool is often crowded. Rooms smell of smoke and look tired. The personnel try to help but are poorly trained and often fail to understand customer requests. Staff seem to have little authority and appear intimidated by their foreign managers. Overall, it’s run with the kind of indifference you often see in Turkish hotels — great facilities, mediocre hospitality.

Stay was pleasant, great facilities that requires some renovation. Friendly staff, special thanks to Artur for his professionalism and kindness. He made our stay very comfortable.

A hotel maching the beakfast to its 5 star rating

The hotel is very nice with wide open spaces and all the amenities that you might desire in a 5 star hotel. Like any hotel in Kazkhstan it has a security check portal right at the very entrance. The reception personnel is friendly and their command of English language is good. The rooms are spacious and the furniture is very convenient for a business traveler. I very much appreciated the provided work desk and chair and also the seatee with a leg rest. The bathroom is big enough and all the toiletries are provided for in abundance. The closet has its urual safe with a keypad and also an ironing board and an iron for clothes pressing. I missed the regular garbage bin near the coffee maker and also a garbage bin underneath the bathroom sink. The spa is very good and you can have a blast in the gym and also a second blast in the pool area, or the hamam. Beware that only the B elevators are reaching the spa (-1) level. The A elevators situated near the reception are not reaching the spa level. For an European traveler, it was quite a suprise to find out the the actual Irish Pub is allowing smoking. It is a very big bar and it's more like a sports bar fitted with giant screens perfect to watch various sports. But the top enchantment of this hotel was its breakfast. It is an excellent breakfast and if even the most grumpy traveler would eventualy comment about different things about the hotel, the breakfast is the one to keep them quiet. Usually big hotels are doing their level best to save costs and keep the breakfast expenses quite low. Not this hotel. I really enjoyed every single minute of the breaskfast and I do really hope to be back there sometime.

Rixos is always a guarantee , I’ve been amazed about services and how people working there are so kind and helpful, I had some problem during my stay (not related to the hotel ) and the guy at the reception ( sorry but I don’t remember the name ) was able to fix everything The hotel is a true five stars with all the five stars services , room and bed very comfortable, super breakfast and with good restaurants, certainly will be my hotel again when I’ll be back to Kazkhstan
