Очень понравилось пребывание в отеле... стильно, красиво. вкусные завтраки, хороший бассейн, немного уставшие, но со своей эстетикой и стилем номера. С удовольствием вернусь в этот отель.

Пожалуй, лучший отель для поездки в Алматы. Очень уютный и просторный лобби, вежливый и обходительный персонал, вкусная кухня. Номера немного подуставшие, но в целом лучшее качество за эти деньги.

We stayed at Rixors for a week. Good rooms. Staff was friendly. We did have issues with cleanliness in the room. Food was ok… Location was probably the main reason for stay at this property.

Great Location, But Service & Maintenance Need a Boost

Rixos has a prime city-center location, but the property feels old and poorly maintained. We were upgraded to a junior suite, but worn carpets, shabby furniture, and broken curtains left a poor impression. Room service was inconsistent, elevators unreliable, and breakfast was limited with average quality. This is not the Rixos standard I’ve experienced elsewhere. The brand needs to urgently refresh the property and improve service to match its reputation.

I booked suite upon check in I was told the standard rooms are called suite after arguing I was finally given the room I booked! The rooms are old but it’s not an issue what is an issues is very poor cleaning of the rooms! The carpets are dirty and stained more over daily cleaning is not even hovering the floors! The bedsheet are changed only when you argue every few days! The ac works poorly and the hot water you have to wait twenty minutes to run before you can take a shower! I have called several times asked to speak to manager instead they just sent cleaning staff in the room without Hoover! For the price you pay it not more than three star! The only thing good is food.
