Decent 4 star hotel with decent sized rooms and good air con system . Breakfast is pretty decent and comprehensive . Rooms are relatively modern . Service and room service is also efficient . Only issue is that the water pressure in the toilet is pretty weak that fluctuates from hot and cold , strong and weak . Other than that , okay place to stay in .

Perfect hotel.in centre of city. 4 star so no swimming pool. We didn't have time to swim anyway. Easy to walk out along the streets. Rooms nice, staff attentive and friendly. A good place to be when we first arrived in the country. The views of the mountains are amazing when the sun shines.

This hotel provides all the comfort, facilities and reassurance of an international brand which is what Mercure is. Sometimes when you are travelling, you don't want quirky. We ate in the hotel dining room and the food was very good, I had filet steak and chips, but there is still a slightly soviet feel about the dining room and the service.

Nice hotel in the middle of the city … easily accessible to many restaurants and pubs nearby . Rooms were spacious and good . Breakfast was good . We were taken care well by Mr Khamra , Mr Kallibek , Ms Valeriya , Ms Kamilla … The staff and team were very courteous . I am happy that they recognised me as an Accor plus member and provided excellent hospitality for the 4 rooms we had taken … we stayed there for 5 nights in total …
