공항교통편 문의에 관한 몇번의 이메일에 전혀 답장이 없었으며, 호텔 도착시 짐을 내려주는 직원도 없었다. 체크인후도 방까지 짐을 옮겨주는 직원도 없다. 공항가는 택시를 하루전에 예약했으나, 예약시간보다 10분 늦게 도착했다.
방에 히터는 작동하지 않았다.
