제가 있었던 방의 와이파이 연결이 엉망이었고, 방을 바꿔달라고 했는데도 방이 없다고 바꿔주지 않았음 또한, 가격이 저렴한 호텔도 아닌데 물은 제공되지도 않았음 알마티에 대한 인식 자체가 굉장히 좋지 않아졌으며 어떤 누구에게도 추천하거나 다시 방문할 가능성은 없음
