We are truly sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations and sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. We regret that the Wi-Fi connection in your room did not function properly and that we were unable to accommodate your request for a room change due to limited availability at the time. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially during a business trip. We also appreciate your comments regarding bottled water. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We have thoroughly checked your room and contacted our housekeeping team, but unfortunately, we were unable to locate the watch you mentioned. To assist you as much as possible, we also conducted additional checks in other areas of the hotel and reviewed surveillance footage, but have not yet been able to find the watch. We understand how disappointing this situation can be and want to assure you that we will continue to keep an eye out in case the watch was accidentally moved or found later.
