Excellent hotel in the rapidly popular Rixos group A great selection of pools, both for adults or kid friendly, a superb kids club and generous selection of foods at the buffet. Staff were helpful and polite and there were regular buggies available to take you round the huge estate. The best thing about the hotel was the quality of the shows provided, giving a full theatrical experience within a huge purpose built performance area. Even though the shows werent kid-themed, our children loved the spectacle of professional dancers acrobats, light shows and music. The only thing i would say is to be aware if you have a room alongside this arena, be prepared to hear the music well into the night

This is our 3rd year here and it has not let us down and Yehia the lifeguard has been really helpful and well organised and professional and Mr Mahmoud in entertainment pool and the rest of the team Khaled and Hakoom were also very attentive and professional

New Year’s Eve it was amazing We liked the show and fireworks Well organized better than before when we came on 2022 .. but every time I come to Rixos I really miss some authentic Egyptian touches on the shows and entertainment like belly dance show or tannora 🥳💃🏻 Rixos as always in everywhere they care about details that makes ur kids happy and u as well Rixy club and Mrs Marwa and all her team are the best 😍❤️ my baby girl loved her and didn’t cry all night with her 👏🏼👍🏼 During the big show .. they offered sleepovers for little one so we can enjoy and they enjoyed as well Service, staff and amenities are absolutely the best Buffet 24/7 and special healthy buffet for the kids 😍

Rixos Premium Seagate truly offers a dreamlike vacation experience. The Aquaventure Park is incredibly fun for both kids and adults. The time I spent at the spa was perfect for escaping the hustle of work life. However, the hotel is quite large, so getting to some areas can be a bit tiring. The food is diverse and delicious, especially the seafood, which absolutely delighted me. The staff are always friendly and attentive, doing their best to ensure guest satisfaction. For those seeking a luxurious holiday, Rixos Premium Seagate is definitely the right choice!

This time the read won’t be so long…. But essentiall… It is my 10 time in this hotel, and as all normal people I like to travel and discover new places and almost never go back twice to the hotel I have been to discover new things… So, if we are turning back here so many times that actually means one thing , they do good… and it’s my place for rest. Mustafa from reception front office already know us and our preferences and did great job this time. Thanks a lot! Mina from People and Basem are exceptionally kind and attentive, they do their job with heart. Andrew from Asian restaurant and the cheeef… you made me send all my family there. And our favourite Salt restaurant which will not be as good as it is without Basseim. And Ahmet, Ali and Sameh from main restaurant! Kind regards to you Ibrahim, you are always professional and keeping the standards high! Which we do appreciate! And see! So big thanks to you guys. You make this place wonderful and owerwelming . Spa You improved the aqua park making there warm water which is incredible plus in winter season.
