Fabulous experience at a beautiful hotel

We had a fabulous time at this hotel and have already set booked to go back. We were given a great room 38008 on the aqua side. I have never been somewhere where everything is kept so clean and tidy and neat, especially the gardens. The booking system for the a la cartes wasn’t the best but we still managed to get 5 in a week, as the staff to their best to help you. Food was fabulous, and the service brilliant. Big shout out to the life guards who got our sunbeds for us each day. The cans of beer was a big hit. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Second time staying at this resort having visited last year. Once again a fabulous experience Food Food was excellent with lots of variety. We particularly liked Turquoise restaurant. Buffet style but with lots of variety and high quality. The Chefs also willing to go off menu to cater for p our daughter who has Allergies. Thank you chef Gaber and Mr Andrew for arranging. Special call out also to front of house staff Farid and Hassan who were both excellent. We had a similar experience at the Turkish restaurant La Lezar, where Mr Andrew the restaurant manager and the chef attended to our daughters needs off menu. Khaled our waiter was excellent. The food at La Lezar was great. Pool areas and water park The pool areas are very spacious l - ultra clean and no rush for sunbeds! we also really appreciated that towels are avaliable everywhere. Even small touches like sun glass cleaning service. The onsite waterpark was excellent. Housekeeping and guest services Housekeeping made a real effort to understand our specific requirements (Thank you Geean and Mina). We loved the daily surprises of towels folded into shapes of animals, and the fresh flowers. Guest services (Guia) was excellent listening and actioning our request. Entertainment &Kids club Lots and lots of variety- you will not bored. Thank you Rixos team. We hope to return.

We never go anywhere twice, but make an exception for this wonderful place! The staff cannot do enough for the guests and really go the extra mile ; from waiting staff, lifeguards to housekeeping- exceptional! The gardens are beautifully kept and everything is clean. My son needed the doctor for a lacerations and they were great. Entertainment is great in the evening and plenty on in the day. I’d like to see the courts being used more, and more organised sports for tween/teen age. The food is outstanding in all restaurants. The buffet is a feast every time. Of the A la cartes, the Turkish was our favourite. Salt was closed for refurbishment, but we were pleased with the addition of the coffee hut by day- that barista works so hard. Great coffees, and our teens enjoyed the frappe and bubble tea. Weather wasn’t great this time-windy and chilly for Easter, but we still got into the reef and did a few trips to the water park. We will definitely come back again to this fab hotel. Thank you again, Rixos premium Seagate .
