This is very nice hotel, we are not here first time. Service here is good, entertainment program every night is amazing, all artists professional. They have party not only at night in afternoon also. Sport entertainment here is wonderful, we are enjoy with them from early in the morning till late night, special thanks for Diana and Salma, girls both of you very funny and beautiful, we hope once we will be her together as guests)))

I have stayed at several luxury resorts across destinations such as the Maldives, Langkawi (Malaysia), and Bali, but Rixos truly surprised me in the best possible way. What stood out most was the personalized service. Even during peak season, when the resort was nearly 90% occupied, several staff members made a genuine effort to remember our names and even our room number. This level of attention is something I have never experienced anywhere else. The food quality was excellent, offering great variety with consistently high standards. What makes the experience truly exceptional is that all à la carte restaurants are included as part of the stay. There are around eight à la carte restaurants within this resort alone, and more than 20 additional options across their two sister properties, all accessible to guests. You can dine at any of them, and each meal easily represents a $150–$200 dining experience for a couple, included every night—a level of value that is almost unheard of in luxury resorts. A special thank you to Mr. Ramadan, the Guest Relations Officer, who ensured we were able to secure reservations at all the à la carte restaurants. He went above and beyond with restaurant recommendations and handled even last-minute requests with exceptional professionalism and warmth. Because of this outstanding experience, I have already recommended Rixos to several friends in North America, and I would not hesitate to return myself. Highly recommended for anyone seeking true luxury, outstanding value, and heartfelt hospitality.

Relaxing indulgent week stay

Beautiful hotel with numerous choices for a la carte / pools / bars / coffee shops and ability to use neighbouring hotel. Buffet restaurant - so many choices Breakfast - omelette station / poached eggs/ egg Benedict . Few minutes queue only . Have saxophonist or violinist playing quietly . Eat in or out there. Eight a la carte . Book via scan or at guest relations at reception . The Taj Mahal surprising was better salmon tiki than at home . Also liked the Asian and the Turkish . The sushi wasn’t my favourite but my teens loved it . Salt ( seafood ) wasn’t as good as I hoped and we missed the Brazilian due to late home from a trip . You can book at 3 pm three days in advance - it wasn’t hard . One pool heated and this was busy but the lifeguards always got you a bed and towel . Other pools all very nice . Easy to get sunbeds . Guy on roller skates bought drinks / fruit . Another cleaner glasses . Could sit at the bar in the pool . Easy to get drinks . Never a queue or long wait . Very clean - people cleaning pool / tending to garden / flowerbeds . Room beautiful . We had two rooms as five of us and were very lucky to be upgraded to a family room and a deluxe room both in block 4 which is near reception and the heated pool . It was quiet . The deluxe was very big with double bed and sofa and desk . Family room has two areas - a double bed then separate area with twin beds . Our deluxe double had bath and shower. All rooms have shampoo conditioner , shower gel , body lotion, soap and bathrobe each and slippers . The gym was great . Plus another jungle gym on the beach . Two entertainment areas but both outside . Have heaters but once sun went down at 1630 it could be cold / windy - take jumpers or cardigans . The only thing that was disappointing was the drinks. I don’t drink much but like a cocktail and wine with dinner . They were okay but couod be better . We went to neighbouring hotel ( Seagate) for cocktails which were fantastic in the lobby bar with excellent service too. Here they had pornstar martini / expresso martini etc . It’s only a 10 minutes walk along the beach or a short few minutes in the little buses that run everywhere - every 15 mins . I did go to that hotel 2 years ago and do prefer sharm adults only except for the drinks
