We spent the whole week with our family at Rixos Premium Seagate Sharm El Seikh. Everything about this vacation was perfect—from the reception to the pool—the staff was extremely helpful and professional, the food in the restaurants was exceptional, especially delicious and well presented, with a very large selection, including many delicious meat and seafood dishes. There are professional lifeguards on duty at the pools who take their work very seriously and responsibly. Everything is exceptionally clean, the public areas, greenery, and surroundings are so clean and well-maintained that it is impossible not to admire them. We were particularly impressed by our room housekeeper Mohamed, who is a wonderful professional—our room 14004 was so well looked after that we didn't even notice when Mohamed managed to tidy up, change the towels, and clean the bathrooms so quickly and impeccably. Many compliments to him and the entire housekeeping, gardening, and Rixos Premium Seagate staff. We would love to come back more than once.

We have just completed an amazing 11-night stay at Rixos Seagate Sharm El Sheikh, and today is our last day — leaving with great memories and a very positive impression of the hotel. The resort itself is excellent: spacious, well-maintained, with great facilities, food variety, and a vibrant atmosphere. However, what truly made our stay special was the outstanding staff, who consistently went above and beyond. Special thanks to: • Award, lifeguard at the Aqua Park – extremely attentive, professional, and always ensuring safety with a smile. • Andrew, waiter at the Veranda Restaurant – very friendly, polite, and attentive, making every visit pleasant. • Ahmed Cici, lifeguard at the Aqua Pool – always alert, helpful, and great with guests. • Chef Mohammad and waiter Mahmood from the Asian Restaurant – fantastic food, excellent service, and a truly memorable dining experience. Their dedication, professionalism, and warm attitude really reflect the high standards of Rixos. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would gladly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future.

Great food and setting. Best Brazillian type restaurant that we have been to. Mohammad our waiter was great and kind to all the customers. Tarner served great Eygptian Obelisk rose wine. A great experience. All staff were good.

We are top repeaters at Rixos Seagate & Rixos SHARM. 13 holidays over the last 5 years. This will not be the case anymore. The standards, service & quality have gone completely downhill. The assistant GR manager Ahmed is absolutely disgraceful. Poor quality drinks, substandard rooms and the GR don’t help. If you want top quality, premium luxury try another hotel and don’t book the Seagate.
