Very nice staff and beautiful hotel with aquapark for kids. Perfect for families. Giulia from the relation was very nice and helpfull. Nice food, plenty of activities to do. Premium beverage only in the lobby bar. For kids many possibilities to have fun, nice rixy club for kids, Celena was great:)

I’ve visited Egypt 6 times now,each time visiting different hotels. This has been the best experience and visit by far and wouldn’t look anywhere else, the food was amazing, the al a cartes were 10/10, we visited the peoples restaurant, the mangal on the beach and the Chinese on our final night wich was amazing also The buffet food was a great selection every night, different cuisines. Indian, Chinese, Italian, there’s more than enough choice for everyone too choose from The swimming pools all have swim up bars and the staff are very attentive and work very hard. Our favourite pool was the entertainment pool, as there was always something going on, Thursday they had a pool party and they made an amazing day out of it, the entertainment staff are great and really attentive and friendly, we had a great relationship with Tarek. You can also go snorkelling at the end of the pier on the beach and the scenery is one of a kind, there’s no sea in the world like the Red Sea 😍, you’ve got to experience it too see for yourself. We’ve been made very welcome at this hotel and all the staff , from the cleaners, waiters, bar staff, entertainment staff couldn’t do enough for you. We always love too tip hard workers when away in Egypt but in other hotels we’ve always felt pushed and pressured too tip but this hotel the staff don't push for you too tip The best hotel I have ever visited and looking forward to our return. There’s so much more I could say but I’d be here for ever. If your looking for a hotel in sharm el sheikh look no further than this one it won’t disappoint! The reviews that make it out to be a bad hotel are just people looking for the little things to complain about. Come and experience Rixos the best hotel ever. The hotel is a lot more expensive than most other hotels in Egypt but you get what you pay for, I can assure you it’s worth every penny. Premium beers, alcohol and real good food 🍻

A beautiful hotel with world class food and service. We found our spot at the Relax pool bar and was met by Mohamed from the recreation who arranged our beds and umbrella every morning. A true gentleman. Taher on his roller boots delivered our mojitos and Soliman and mohamed served the drinks at the swim up pool bar. Nothing was to much trouble for them. 5 Star service at a 5 star resort. Thank you Rixos seagate.
