We stayed in Rixos Seagate at Jaunuary 5-12 room 21205. Thanks for holiday. Nice food, nice servise. Special thanks to Hamada, who not only made our room clean and cosy, but also kindly communicated and gave us some nice advices. Our daughter was really fascinated by animal-shaped towels left for her. Thank you!

The best in sharm El sheikh.

Absolutely fabulous, fantastic, wonderful ! I find fault no in anything in the rixos seagate. The food is excellent from the turquoise main restau rant to the snack bar on the beach, to the numerous al carte. The staff in the whole resort are exceptional. Our room keeper, jemmal 18007-18005 was great anything we asked for if he could get it he would, what an asset to the company, as with the pool attendant Mohamed he was at our pool from the day we arrived for 10 days then, went on vacation to his home. Exceptional staff in the lobby bar, the girls' marrisa and jackie wonderful we have met them many times, also Mohamed who attended the lobby bar late evening until the morning a fantastic guy, never stops smiling. I must say, ismile in the people's restaurant is a lovely attentive guy, as with Dear Andrew in the people's at breakfast and the Asian he is one of the best people I have ever met wonderful kind man. Sara who is in the lobby around the reservation area has the kindest personality and beautiful smile ever, and will do anything she can to make our stay perfect. Now you want perfect, it's Mr Hany The security manager, he is the most wonderful, kind, fantastic person ever, he is attentive in every way possible, he made our stay fabulous as he has in the past, he has the biggest smile every time I see him, he made our stay perfect in every way, he looked after all of us to the Best of his ability. He is Great for the rixos seagate and a very good friend to all our family, I cannot thank him enough, and he will be a friend forever I hope. There is one last person who is a good friend of ours it's Fady the turquoise manager, what a fantastic guy. Also all the reception staff and management are great.We had to cut our vacation early because of a medical emergency back in the uk, it was sad we had to go, but we will be back and look forward to seeing everyone again soon. Visit from Rixos Adults Only

We visited here whilst staying at Rixos Adults Only - went to the water park (fantastic but make sure to take off your jewellery before you go) and then to the food court. We found the drinks to be far better than the Adults Only hotel but the staff (as a whole) weren’t as friendly. After that we visited the X Lounge by the bar - Mask made our visit there exceptional. She was very attentive & considerate.. really made our visit different.

The first couple of days wasn't good service how we were expected at the Rixos. Probably the problem was that was a lot people at the swimming pools and restaurants. Some of the problems was at the swinning pool bars and the swimming pools area. The area was quite durty with a lot of empty glasses and litters. And the toilets was durty. But after some days they improved it. And the personal was kind and polite. The meal at the restaurant was tasty. So even though some problems at the hotel. I'm sure they can improve it. And I will recomend them for my friends.

Everything was just perfect and Mohammed Omda our cleaner was simply amazing and very friendly and the cleaning was to an impressive standard. So good with our little boy and made us feel special. We loved the art on the bed and can’t wait to come back next year! Thank you Mohammed!
