Great holiday - but alcohol not good

Amazing place. Had a fantastic time here. The two cleaners in our apartment block 30 aqua side - Mohammed and Mohammed were excellent and friendly with the children. They are good people and make the place so special. Only negative is the alcohol is fake and put into branded bottles. Please fix this as it is false advertisement.

Amazing Rixos hotel and first time experience in Egypt :) we will be back!

Another AMAZING trip at Rixos hotels. Friendly, helpful staff Dabaka at Reception was very accommodating. As we wanted to change our room on the first day and he helped us with changing rooms with excellent service and professionalism. They can’t do more for you to make your stay even more comfortable. The service in all restaurants, is outstanding. You are spoilt for choice with some many al a carte restaurants to choose from and 7 swimming pools. An aqua park for kids and a beautiful beach. You are truly spoilt for choice and we will be back another year with our children. All the staff are a credit to the hotel and you can even get access to the sister hotel which was a great experience also. We can’t wait to come back! We love RIXOS :) x

It is my first breakfast at the hotel and Esraa was so welcoming and lovely which made our experience even better! The breakfast was incredible and delicious. Really lovely atmosphere.

Rixos premium seagate is the best in Egypt, Tarek too :) all things in hotel are beautiful ant people very all the service it was the best

I tried the seafood it was tasty and delicious the service was so nice and friendly and we tried also the mango it was fresh and sweet
