Text: the most amazing most beautiful holiday i have ever been on i attended rixos sharm el sheikh and wow they made it the best most relaxing time the staff are so friendly and helpful leaving you fully to relax taking you and your belongings to the room for you by the pool the staff come regularly ensuring you have a drink and they also come around with light refreshments the pool staff ensure you have a sun lounger and will get you one if there isn’t any you want there is multiple pools along with restraunts the evening entertainment is amazing with the same service from the staff delivering drinks to you they have djs on after the entertainment and i have to say dj soppy and djfela are absolutely amazing pure vibes i had an amazing time from the moment i arrived to the day i sadly left the room cleaners are also outstanding would recommend this so much

Wonderful holiday

The best things about this hotel were 1) the staff, all very friendly and helpful - we arrived during Ramadan and despite a long working day and fasting, service never waivered, 2) food in all outlets was fantastic. Some minor things could have given this a 5* plus, firstly when we arrived welcome drinks were available for us to help ourselves but we were not actually invited or offered a drink. Secondly, the sister hotel - Seagate, which is offered two hotels for one, was not available to us because it was busy. We had double checked this because the house reef was of particular to my husband for snorkelling, so this was very very disappointing. Lastly our experience in the French restaurant when we did get to Seagate was disappointing in that the food was a first class dining experience, but not all the waiters were in the smart uniform of trousers, shirt and waistcoat, a family were allowed to sit in this restaurant but order asian food from another outlet and sit with their takeaway on the next table. Nevertheless, it was a great holiday and I thoroughly recommend this hotel to adult couples. We have already booked our next Rixos break in Croatia.

We vacationed in this hotel two weeks ago, and it turned out to be an unforgettable holiday. In all respects - service, food, cleanliness, territory, variety of activities, all at the highest level. Special thanks to the waiters Ahmed Adel, Hany A. Galil and Yehia Zakaria and guest relation Oleksandra. And also I want to note that the entire hotel staff is incredibly responsive, friendly and it feels like they really want to make the rest of the guests perfect. With great respect and gratitude, family from Ukraine.

Best place I’ve ever stayed, this hotel is the benchmark now for any future holidays, from the moment you step foot into reception you are treated like royalty, the staff at reception, bars, restaurants, around the pools etc, everywhere, they’re all so happy to help and cannot do enough, I almost felt bad at times that they was doing so much! I don’t want to rant on for ages and ages but you should just go! Our days went pretty much the same everyday and we loved it!, up nice and early, breakfast, sunbathe round the pool for a few hours and have a swim etc, (they bring coffees and juices round the sun loungers without even asking in the mornings!) Anyway, then we would go for lunch and play some cornhole down on the sea front, (try this if you’ve never played, great fun) followed by getting some amazing ice cream from Salt restaurant ice cream parlour, the chocolate one is amazing and has chunks of chocolate inside of it. We would then head back upto the pool and spend some time sipping cocktails/beer/vodka etc until around 4pm then head to the DJ at the beach sunset bar at 4.30pm, this is on daily, it’s a great atmosphere, good few people getting up dancing, this was the best part of the day for me as I love techno and house music etc, onwards from here if we could stand we would head to one of the beautiful various restaurants! Followed by the evening entertainment which is also amazing!! I would like to make a special mention to Mohammed the chef at the lagoon pool bar, not only does he make amazing food but he is so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us from day one! He scanned a barcode on his own phone for us so we could look at the cocktails on our first day at the swim up bar! We thought this went above and beyond and you just don’t get stuff like that in some places! Another mention is the WhatsApp messenger service and in particular Ramadan Kamel who sent someone to our room with a room key when we had lost ours out and about during the day, we WhatsApped and asked and within 2 minutes there was one there! The service is literally unbelievable at this hotel, If I could give 6 stars I would. You can ask any question you like on the WhatsApp number and they’re back to you within 2 minutes most of the time. If we ever return to Egypt it will only be for Rixos Sharm El sheikh!! We cometo selebrate our very special day with my husband! It's our 50 years married anniversary! And what we see😍 the hotel prepared the room decorations so nice💖 And in the Asian restaurant amazing table decorations with balloons and than the stuff came with a cake 🎂 and start to sing which was lovely 😍 We are in love with Rixos Sharm and already planing to book our next trip☺️ Thank you everyone for such a lovely vacation!
