Excellent staff both Mohammed the lifeguard, tareq from the entertainment staff and Samuel the bartender at the X-lounge made our stay so much better. A very enjoyable holiday.

Our second time staying in this truly amazing hotel. The rooms, pools, restaurants and staff are all wonderful. The Taj Mahal and the Turkish restaurants never failed to deliver. The chefs understood or needs as Vegans and planned ahead with plenty of beautiful meals. This will not be our last stay and we’re already looking forward to returning.

Just want to give a big thanks to Ali in keeping our room spotless. We are staying in room 4206 nothing is too much trouble. The mini fridge is always kept topped up and the towel art is amazing. Thank you Ali.
