Outstanding stay at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh. The staff are genuinely friendly and caring, with special thanks to the shuttle drivers who were always cheerful, helpful, and made getting around the resort effortless. What really stood out was the hands-on involvement of the owners and managers—personally greeting guests, supervising the team, and clearly caring about standards. That level of presence makes a real difference and shows why the service is so consistently high. A beautifully run resort with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout. Highly recommended.

My only complain when I travel is the food, I’m very picky. And I can guarantee Rixos had quite the best food I’ve ever had.

Nice winter warmer

This is our 2nd 3 week holiday at this hotel. Hotel rooms, reception and grounds are exceptionally clean and well maintained. The facilities are second to none. Food is excellent with an insane choice of food varied each day a different theme. Along with this you have 9 a La Carte restaurants which you can use as many times as you like but must pre book. Waiter service around quiet pool is none existent but there is cold soft drinks cabinet to help yourself. Pool guy Mohammed down there has been great. Very disappointed at the overall waiter service mainly in the evening at buffet we have twice finished our meal before being offered a drink. The same has happened in the old reception a few nights, even as I write this we have been sitting 40 minutes without sight of a waiter. Some other guests have complained let's see if things improve. Rooms are large, well equipped, plenty of constant hot water, air con very good, large safety box, mini fridge with soft drinks only but all free and restocked daily. 15 mins from airport, row of shops just outside hotel and bigger shopping area 10-15 min walk. Stay well clear of shops/ reps in hotel as prices are an absolute disgrace. Request block 3 or 4 if you want any sleep as entertainment goes on until 1am almost every night.

This is my third year returning to this hotel, and if there is one thing that stands out above all other places I’ve visited, it is the exceptional quality of the restaurants. Among them, Mangal is easily one of the best—if not the best. Beyond the perfect food, what truly makes the experience remarkable is the staff. It was a pleasure to see familiar faces again this year, and I don’t think the service could possibly get any better. While the entire team is great, two individuals stood out by going above and beyond: Ibrahim Saber and Chef Tuncay. Each of them works with the dedication of ten people. I cannot recommend this place enough! Also i want to say something about entertaiment team in hotel, they are so nice and kind, every time informed us about shows and party at night, specialy Diana who learn us how to play voleyball.
