We stayed for a week in December having been numerous times previously. We were greeted like old friends and the check in process was easy. Haithem was extremely helpful on arrival and throughout our stay with noting being too much trouble. The resort was immaculate as usual which is credit to the gardeners, cleaners and maintenance staff. The food was excellent as always with our favourites being the BBQ, Turkish and the Indian Al la Carte restaurants. The staff make the resort special and all go out of their way to help you. A special thanks to Elsayed at the beach bar, Mohamed Ramadan the Food and Beverage manager and his team and to Allidin the best buggy driver in the world. We look forward to seeing you all again in March for our next visit.

The mangal and lalezar restaurants are standout amongst the plethora of fantastic dining options. Even the buffet restaurant provides exceptional food with more options than you could imagine. “Batman” at the swim up bar was amazing. Nothing missing that I can think of needing!

Great vacation first we make check in with the professional receceptionist mohamed Hossam.. really reception is friendly. I take very good room I really enjoyed I will come back in February excited about this weekend it's amazing
