We went to Retreat for our 8th Anniversary celebration and I am totally blown away by the efforts put in by John Kiai, he helped me plan my surprise and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Harindu who works there is another lovely hire by the hotel who make the guest feel truly special with a big smile on his face at all times. Thank you soo much Retreat, John and Harindu for making it a brilliant stay for us. :)

This was our second time visiting Sofitel Retreat on the Palm, and once again, it did not disappoint. The hotel is a perfect for relaxing and offers stunning views. The serene atmosphere makes it a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. A special mention goes to Amgad and Saksham who was incredibly friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. They were fantastic with our daughter, going above and beyond to make her feel special, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this hotel for families or anyone looking to unwind in style. Thank you, Sofitel, for another memorable stay!

the ripples service is very good.the people working in bar is good and helpful. Reshal is best .the hotel service is good .the beach service is good .we have stunning views of sunset from the beach .vibe restaurant is good .i love the bar service the most

I have booked for 2 nights and did reached hotel but had to leave due to emergency and did not check in Unfortunatelyam trying to reach any one from the managers to discuss and find a way for refund since i did not stay or check in at all but they are ignoring the calls and emails and not being cooperative Usually hotels satisfy the customers and responds quickly to resolve any issue!!
