We had a wonderful stay here. It was great that the hotel is situated very close to the tube station. The bus stop with bus 74 which takes you to prime shopping centers such as Harrods and Selfridges is right in front of the hotel. While the room may be small, it was cozy with an aircon remote control that kept us warm and comfortable. The staff at the reception, breakfast, laundry as well as housekeeping was attentive to our needs. There are lots of food options just within walking distance of the hotel. Deeply grateful.

I loved it! Very nice decoration and staff and the most important thing a good location! Our experience was amazing and when we go to London again we will most definitely revisit this hotel again! I recommend it to everyone and the price is affordable!

We loved everything about this hotel. The hard working staff members are lovely and friendly, the continental breakfast gorgous, the are rooms small but are beautiful, modern and clean. We only had a shower, no bath, but that is all we needed to be honest. We had 3 garden view rooms. The whole hotel is so nice and really quiet on the inside, despite being on a main road. We enjoyed having a drink and sitting in the chill out areas near reception and talking to staff members, that were happy to make time for us. The hotel was all trimmed up nice for Christmas. Just a minute walk from Gloucester Road tube and close to 2 others tube stations. The museums, South Kensington, Earls Court are close by and it's about a 10 minute walk to The Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park. Only downside is, we wished we had stayed longer, but there's always next time:) 100% we will stay here again, for us everything was perfect. Thank you to all the lovely staff for making us feel welcome.

Situated close to underground station, shops, supermarket and London places of interest in a lovely part of London, the Ibis is an incredibly good find. Staff are very friendly, informative and helpful (management should feel proud) ; rooms and common areas clean and very comfortable (in room provisions excellent); continental breakfast more than generous and freshly prepared. Love the London theme throughout - a different and quirky touch compared to the norm. Room size not vast but more than adequate for a city break. Soundproofing and black out curtains from London streets is perfect, beds comfy, ensuite lovely - a great hotel well priced for a city. Would I return?definitely
