friendly receptions, great breakfast.

The receptions were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast has large variety and well prepped. The ambient was nice. Near a tube station and a mall, plenty of buses and restaurants nearby. The rooms are standard of the brand, but are a bit warned, can notice the wear and tears. Housekeeping were hit or miss, some are nice, others are a bit... not so nice.

Fine as a bed for the night. The rooms are perfectly adequate though it was quite chilly overnight with no extra bedding to add warmth. The room aircon/heating didn’t seem to make much difference. Breakfast selection was quite good though the restaurant at 8.30am was very busy and we had to queue for 10 minutes to get a table. Some customers were turned away and advised to collect their food and eat it in the bar area. Because it was so busy, some food items ran out - no pastries at all for example. The quality of the food was pretty good. Reception staff on arrival was a little unsmiling but plenty of smiles on checking out. It’s in a convenient location, just a few minutes walk from the main shopping street and underground station.

The promise of minibar replenishment was inconsistent as some days it was replenished and others weren't.

Dirty and unhelpful

I’ve been coming to the hotel with family for years so thought I could rely on a good stay. We had multiple problems with the air con. Maintenance came to “fix” it, had to deal with a fan in the end the room was so hot. We also had blood stained bed sheets and an odd stain on carpets. Will not be staying again, so disappointed and I’ve had no response from hotel staff regarding me email.

Access to public transportation is extremely easy!

It was a good hotel, I was satisfied. It was at least a quarter to twenty minutes away from sightseeing places and the city center by public transportation. But it was worth it because you were far away from the crowds and crowds of tourist areas and the streets were cleaner. There are many restaurants around this hotel. Access to public transportation is extremely easy. This hotel has good facilities and very good breakfast, its staff is kind and welcoming. The only thing I give an average score to is the cleaning of the rooms and house keeping.
