3인 숙박임에도, 가운이 2벌밖에 준비되지 않은점. 슬리퍼가 구비되지 않은점은 아쉬운점. 하지만 좋은 위치가 큰 장점으로 부각된다.

체크인시 스테이플러스로 받은 1박에 대해서도 조식 무료라고 안내받고 두번이나 확인 했음에도 조식 무료 제공 되지 않았음. 체크아웃 이후 알 수 없는 이유로 카드 승인이 발생하여 이의신청 진행중입니다

We are pleased to hear that your stay itself was comfortable; however, we are very concerned about the issues you experienced regarding breakfast information and the unexpected card charge after checkout. We sincerely apologise for the incorrect guidance you received about the complimentary breakfast for the night redeemed with your Stay Plus benefit. Despite confirming this information twice at check-in, it is disappointing that the benefit was not honoured. This should not have occurred, and we understand your frustration. We are also sorry to hear about the unexplained card authorisation after your departure. Please rest assured that we are currently reviewing this matter, and our team will follow up with you directly to provide clarification and resolution.
