However, we regret to hear that only two bathrobes were provided for a room booked for three guests, and that slippers were not available. We are pleased to hear that your stay itself was comfortable; however, we are very concerned about the issues you experienced regarding breakfast information and the unexpected card charge after checkout. Despite confirming this information twice at check-in, it is disappointing that the benefit was not honoured. This should not have occurred, and we understand your frustration.
