We are a family of 4: two adults and two children. We just enjoyed 6 days at Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakesh and it was one of the best experiences we've ever had. If you want to taste a little bit of what it is to be treated like a royal family this is the place to go! The facilities are great. It's a big hotel, with plenty of space and ammenities. For a turistic city like Marrakesh, staying at this hotel allows you to enjoy the liveliness of the city and then relax in the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. But where the hotel really stands out is in its service. Their staff is the most hospitable group of people I've encountered. The house keeping ladies (Samad and Salma) went over the expectations, offering every day a small new detail to make our stay unforgettable. Aziz, our main waiter in the morning, was also excellent. He would remember our preferences from the very first day and treat us always with a smile. These things made our days at Fairmont Royal really memorable.
