We are a family of 4: two adults and two children. We just enjoyed 6 days at Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakesh and it was one of the best experiences we've ever had. If you want to taste a little bit of what it is to be treated like a royal family this is the place to go! The facilities are great. It's a big hotel, with plenty of space and ammenities. For a turistic city like Marrakesh, staying at this hotel allows you to enjoy the liveliness of the city and then relax in the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. But where the hotel really stands out is in its service. Their staff is the most hospitable group of people I've encountered. The house keeping ladies (Samad and Salma) went over the expectations, offering every day a small new detail to make our stay unforgettable. Aziz, our main waiter in the morning, was also excellent. He would remember our preferences from the very first day and treat us always with a smile. These things made our days at Fairmont Royal really memorable.

Tudo foi muito bom , do check-in com a Fátima ao check-out com o guy, fui ao SPA, no centro fitness, e em dois restaurantes, tudo funcionou muito bem, já estive em maia de 15 fairmont pelo mundo, todos são muito bons, porém até hoje esse é o melhor, antes o meu favorito era o fairmont mayakoba no México, porem o de marakesh conseguiu ser ainda melhor. A nossa estadia no hotel para um fim de semana prolongado foi fantástica. O ambiente é de perfeita tranquilidade e os colaboradores do hotel são muito prestáveis e simpáticos. Apenas o custo das refeições nos pareceu um pouco excessivo.

Quarto amplo e decoração agradável. Cama muito confortável e limpeza impecável, Os funcionários muito simpáticos e profissionais. Os restaurantes de muito bom nível. Pequeno almoço excelente assim como os restaurantes Caravane, Ai Ain e o Olivier. Local muito bonito e seguro.Piscina parecendo um rio com água límpida e serviço de apoio muito bom. Experiência a repetir sem dúvida.
