Im Allg. Sehr gut Verbesserungsvorschläge: > abwechslungsreicheres Frühstücksangebot in Bezug auf Wurstwaren, war eintönig. > bei Abends nur 2 Gaststätten davon 1x marrokanisch (nicht Jedermannssache) fehlt in einer Woche auch mal eine Änderung der Karte im italienischen Restaurant > die Positionierung der Wasser- u. Weingläser und Besteck auf der blanken Tischplatte ohne Unterlage mit den „Trinkrändern“ ist hygienisch nicht in Ordnung. (Vögel u. Katzen benutzen diese Tischplatten)

Ich habe selten so einen rundum perfekten Hotelaufenthalt genossen. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war, egal in welcher Funktion, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat als Gast den sehr positiven Eindruck, dass sich die Mitarbeiter gut verstehen und alle den Gästen etwas Gutes tun wollen. Während unseres Aufenthalts hat es gehagelt, für viele Marokkaner das erste Mal in ihrem Leben. Der Hagel hat entsprechende Verwüstungen angerichtet. Während des Unwetters wurden alle Gäste versorgt, am nächsten Tag sind alle Mitarbeiter ausgerückt, um den Gästen möglichst rasch wieder das gewohnte Bild zu präsentieren. Alle Achtung, tolle Leistung!!!! Nochmals vielen Dank an das gesamte Team. Ich möchte nochmals wiederholen, dass wir uns die zwei Wochen rundum gut betreut gefühlt haben. Und zwar in einer Art und Weise, dass es eben nicht aufgrund einer Firmenrichtlinie so ist, sondern weil es dem gesamten Team ein persönliches Anliegen ist. Die Qualität der Restaurants ist erstklassig, der Golfplatz ist der beste in Marrakesch. Wir werden jedenfalls wiederkommen und freuen uns auf eine entspannte Zeit im Royal Palm Fairmont!!!!
