I booked a night at the hotel due a cancellation of our Swiss Airlines flight to Stuttgart. We got stuck in Zurich with no options to flight to Stuttgart. So the reception team Chiara & Nicola helped me to clarify with Swiss Air the situation, they took so much care of us, making us feel a bit better after such a disappointing service from Swiss Airlines. They provided all.the information that we requested, they took care of every detail including a games for my son to keep him entretain and gave an umbrella for the walk around. Room was also good, breakfast as well, area in Zurich very interesting. I recommend to everyone the hotel.

Stayed 1 night here for business and got a good impression and comfy stay. Room was big enough, bathroom was well appointed with good shower power. You could hear the train around but otherwise it was quiet overall. Didn’t try the breakfast or evening meal. The underground parking garage is a big plus. You can access the hotel by car very easily from/to the motorway. Catch a tram to the city center also easy. Staff is nice. If needed I will be back.

The hotel was very clean with friendly staff. The morning complimentary breakfast had a good platter. Rooms were very comfortable only few washrooms were stinking. The location of the hotel was great just on the tram way.

I actually stayed here in August of 2022. The location of the hotel is very good, the tram stop is almost in front of the hotel. I picked this hotel for the price, it was about $200/night if I remember correctly, more upscale hotels were above $500/night. The room was small and dark, the hotel has no AC but they do provide a fan. I liked the bathroom and the cleanliness of the room. I would stay again.

Revisiting for my second trip after staying here 10 years ago. This is our second night and two out of our three rooms have a malfunctioning aircond confirmed by the technician. Reception advised that the hotel is fully booked and room swaps were not available. No compensation was offered to make up for this (eg free breakfast - staff claimed he was not able to do anything about this) even though we’re staying for three nights. All three rooms were not provided with kettles or cups and we had to follow three times before one kettle was finally provided, apparently they were out of stock. Disappointing to put my family through this after my initial visit.
