Decent hotel, unfortunalty the air condition was not working the first day. I told the reception, who sent someone to fix but it did not work. The second day I talked with a very service minded receptionist named Niet I think (She was working around 8 PM 18.july). She gave us 2 rooms for the 3 people travelling, just after I complained compared to the first day. Because of her I am giving 4 stars and not 2 stars (as Air condition not working was a big problem the first night), otherwise nice hotel.

Best service ever. Everyone is so helpful towards our needs. We had no issues while checkin&out and also breakfast is so delicious. I would love to come back to this hotel again. Not only the service and breakfast, the room is also so clean. All was perfect

Kristina, the receptionist, is the most kind and capable receptionist I ever met! She makes impossible-possible and make you feel so welcomed like you are at home! She is golden! The hotel itself is tidy and regularly cleaned. So, overall, very nice experience.

Tiny Tiny rooms, where the rooms are so small you cannot unpack yr bag if you wish to as there is minimal storage. Everything is downsized to make it look okay. The group we were with all complained that you cant possibly relax in these rooms as they are far too small for your comfort. We requested a larger room and told all rooms are the same size, however a friend in our group were actually given a larger room so she lied to us which we was very bad form from a receptionist. Also, the breakfast room is not staffed adequately for the amount of guests where food is not replenished during service so some people have absolutely minimal breakfast to choose from. It is well out of town - its called TechnoPark (almost light industrial) so its simply not close to anything other than the tram line which can get you to the centre of town. Lovely outdoor area however, it is part of the adjacent Novotel Hotel. No coffee/tea facilities as there is simply not enough room...

A very good option, if you want to stay somewhere nice for a reasonable price. Clean and very comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. The neighborhood offers several options for food and drinks, but it’s also really easy to access the city center by public transport (or even on foot, as it is only 30’ to the Central station). Will definitely stay there again next time I visit Zurich.
