I stay 2 nights in here. I love the bed and pillow. View is jr station tamachi. And very near to tamachi station. Around hotel they have like a mall and minimarket. And one thing i dont like just when we arrived. We should use lift to lobby. And another lift to our room.

My family and I stayed at the Pullman Tokyo Tamachi for 13 nights during our vacation, and it was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is spotless and always smells like fresh flowers in the lobby and hallways. Our original room was superb and was cleaned within an hour after we left each day. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, Kasa, on 4 mornings during our stay. While we typically avoid breakfast buffets, this one changed our minds. Everything was fresh and clean, and the staff was incredibly attentive. We could also order items from a separate menu and customize our order, which was a nice touch. Each night, I would order four extra bottles of water for our room, which were provided at no additional charge. After a few nights, the staff anticipated our needs and had the extra water and towels ready in our room when we returned. On our sixth night, we took a weekend trip to Hiroshima but kept our room at the Pullman. The hotel we stayed at in Hiroshima couldn't compare to the Pullman. The staff even helped us with taxi accommodations, ensuring our luggage was taken care of. When we had to return to the hotel due to a major Microsoft outage that delayed our flight, the evening manager, Jordan, graciously allowed us to change rooms upon realizing I had booked the wrong one. The superior room we were accustomed to was made available, adding to our comfort. The hotel manager “Off” went above and beyond in every aspect, making this the best vacation we've ever had. The hotel's location, with several nice restaurants across the plaza, added to the convenience. I can't say enough good things about the Pullman Tokyo Tamachi. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Tokyo! Highly recommended.

A Estadia foi boa porem não espetacular !! O cafe da manhã com poucas opções de pães ou melhor só pão de forma e croissants! Os quartos não são grandes e não possuem cafeteira! Pontos positivos fácil acesso por estação Tamishi da JR e qualidade das tolhas e roupa de cama!

Was soll man Schlechtes über das Hotel sagen? Nichts. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen, vom freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal, über das große luxuriöse Zimmer, dem bequemen Bett, dem sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück bis hin zur Executive Lounge mit Ausblick auf die Gleise. Wenn ich wieder nach Tokio komme, dann gerne wieder in dem Hotel. Das Hotel ist 5 min vom Bahnhof Tamachi entfernt, dort hält die grüne Ringlinie Yamanote, mit der man in 10-15min Tokyo Station und Shibuya/Sinjuku erreichen kann. Vom Flughafen Haneda fährt man mit der Monorail nach Hamamatsucho, dann eine Station im Uhrzeigersinn nach Tamachi (in beiden gilt der JR Pass). Dort in Fahrrichtung rechts den Bahnhof auf dem Fußgängerebene verlassen und nach einem Bogen dem Verlauf nach links folgen, der Hoteleingang ist auf der linken Seite in dem dunklen Gebäude. Wenn man die Rolltreppe (oder en Aufzug) runter auf die Straßenebene nimmt, muss man umständlich durch die Zufahrt im Hotel in die Lobby mit dem Aufzug fahren.
