Very impressed with this modern and well located hotel. Subsidised parking nearby and right in the heart of town just off the square. The nicest and most efficient staff I have encountered under the Accor banner. Elisa deserves a mention in that regards together with the whole team.

Long stay at Novotel

I stayed in Novotel Charleroi center for 30 days on business trip. From day of Checking In to day of checkout..everyday was good. The rooms are spacious compared to others in Charleroi. Bathroom and wc are clean and hygienic. The reception staff, restaurant staff and bar staff are very friendly and supportive. The breakfast options in vegetarians are bit consistent making it difficult to manage the same food everyday for long staying person. overall experience was good. Suggestions for management - keep iron facility in room - Provide sleepers - toiletries are in adequate.

City center hotel above the shopping mall.

Nice and spacious rooms. Good but relatively expensive restaurant (in comparison with others in the neighbourhood). Breakfast copious. Parking (in the shopping center) will cost you 10€/day. Friendly staff. Gym room very disappointing (only a few square meters with no windows and only 4 devices). If you book do it via Accor to get a 10% discount.

Very nice hotel in Charleroi. We slept one night, before leaving the country. Had a pleasant sleep, no noise, nice pillows and bed, good service and the place is very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. There is an on-site restaurant, which specializes in European and local cuisine. Recommended, nice atmosphere at the bar. Direct access to the River Gauce shopping mall.

Good rooms, Nice breakfast I was at à dinner to "la table" and the hôtel is nextdoor I also went once with m'y wife The hôtel does also à lot of activities The main manager Cedric and his team are at your service
