Stayed with my wife and kids for 2 days. Had everything you would expect from an Ibis Styles. Everything worked properly and in general was clean and comfortable. The pool is pretty good, and it’s a quick drive or bus trip to the beach. (The boardwalk of the beach is good fun with lots of restaurants and activities for the kids). Overall we really enjoyed it!

It is a cheap and cheerful hotel and we stayed for one night so couldn’t expect too much. Good location (only a 5 minute taxi ride from the beach) and a nice little pool. Room was small but did the job and breakfast was a standard buffet. The staff were really helpful and overall a good stay for the price.

The situation at breakfast was awful. There was no cutlery, no crockery, no juice glasses. Food items missing and generally an experience which was not acceptable. The staff were not fit for purpose and seemed incapable of dealing with the numbers present. The manager and receptionist were impolite, when I complained about the coffee I was served in the bar and on departure tried to charge me double for 2 coffees. There is a pleasant pool but no pool loungers. There was evidence of enforcing Covid 19 protocols.

Thé hôtel was clean and staff friendly . At breakfast unfortunately most food was missing from the buffet as was cutlery. It is about 20miks walk to the sea front on a cycle path to find a restaurant on the front

The hotel facilities were excellent. The room was clean and bright and the bed was very comfortable as usual in an Ibis hotel. The major disappointment was that other guests, notably an Australian party of a group of teenage boys, were also staying in the hotel and occupied most of the rooms with some adults as their carers. On the evening of our stay, having driven 8 hours from the south of Spain we were eager to get some sleep. This was impossible due to the antics of some of the boys, who seemed intoxicated. Loud shouting, swearing, doors banging and running along corridors carried on until 2.30am, with no intervention from staff or carers. The next morning we discovered that overnight the lift had become unusable and was awaiting repair. This did not help us as our room was on the 4th floor and we had suitcases to transport. It would be easy to say that the events were not caused by the hotel staff, however, as long time customers of Ibis hotels we expect to have a night's undisturbed sleep. No one from the hotel made any attempt to elevate the problem. To be asked next morning if we enjoyed our stay added insult to injury. Not a place I wish to visit again and an experience that has shattered my trust in the Ibis brand.

We are so sorry for the behaviour of some guests. We do all we can do to maintain order, peace and respect, but some people now have lack of education and respect nothing (they have broken the elevator !). We have made the necessary several times to calm this guests. We are so sorry for that inconveniance ! Hope to see you soon. Kind regards
