Lovely hotel in a beautiful city

As soon as we arrived at the hotel the receptionist was extremely welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. We went to our room which was clean and tidy and nicely decorated. The hotel is situated in a good central location with lovely views over the square. Breakfast that we had at the weekend was served at really good convenient times and was self serve, it was good and served in a nice area on the first floor. The beds were very comfortable - we slept very well (no noise that we were aware of at all). The hotel was easy to book and check in and out was smooth with no trouble. All in all a lovely place to stay and enjoy this beautiful city.

From the welcome by the manager and his team to the well appointed duplex room, this was a great stay moments from all there is to enjoy in beautiful Perpignan. Good breakfast overlooking a lively square. Pleased to see well managed hygiene and cleaning arrangements in place to deal with Covid.

Stayed for only one night. Just as the Corona Virus was starting to effect the area. The members of staff were lovely and friendly despite the threat of the hotel being closed. The staff are a credit to your company especially David who was working On Sunday 15th March.

we've stayed in mercure hotels before - this one wasn't up to quality. the room was not very clean and looked to need some renovation. the location was great, central, with kind & helpful staff. but the bathroom had mold in the shower caulking. that's unacceptable. finally, we encountered a man peeing on the sidewalk in front of the entrance. this is not mercure's finest.

We thank you for your comment. We are so estonished about your complaint about our bathroom because there are new! But i will check this with the cleaning service ! Don't worry. About the education and respect of people in our society i can't unfortunately do something apart telling us not to pee in the streets (that is competely forbidden in France !) I can only be sorry for my country !

Just returned from a short visit to Perpignan and stayed in this excellent hotel. It is in a very central location, about a 20 min walk from the Station and 5 minutes from the town center. The staff were all so charming and welcoming and our room was ideal for us. We found the room spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom was just right. Our room had a kettle and tea and coffee supplies, two complimentary bottles of water chilling in the mini fridge, safe deposit box and windows you could open! The A/C would certainly be useful in the summer. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to stay there again when visiting lovely Perpignan.
