It was an ok hotel which did the job. Quite cheap and check in was easy. Beds were comfy. I had the double bed and my daughter the bunk. Toilet door could of done with being a little more private as could hear each other at toilet. Shower is in the room with you. Nice powerful shower just not private enough. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment but was a decent stop and I would spend time there again if we visit Perpignan.

Based on my past experience with ibis Budget chain in multiple European cities, I was expecting much more out of this hotel. The service was very disappointing, the property was poorly-maintained, and I did not imagine I would have to ask for toilet paper and only be given one roll for every night of my stay. Add to this, the property had major ventilation issues leading to the smell of smoke saturating the room and the corridors.

A few of us stayed here for our annual rugby trip to Perpignan as it was cheaper than our usual hotel. We had a mix of single and twin rooms, the rooms are fine for singles but the ones who shared weren't over happy mainly due to having no personal space when coming out of the shower as the showers are in the room with just a screen round meaning there is nowhere to dry and dress in private, also no space for 2 people to be up and about doing things at the same time. The rooms comprise of a large and very comfortable double bed and a single bunk above it. My original room ahd a broken window blind and was changed to another which reeked of cig smoke, even after having all the windows open all day till i returned at night it still stunk, maybe i was unlucky and was placed in a 'smoking' room due to me being moved. The corridors and stairs also stunk of smoke and we're a bit tatty and dirty and the place could do with a bit of maintainence but it is after all a budget hotel. The breakfast buffet was good value for a rough morning after, at 6.60 the unlimited coffees were definitely welcoming, although there isn't too much choice there is enough to get your money's worth. The hotel itself is situated in the middle of the city centre and was ideally situated for the many bars and restaurants and attractions this lovely city has to offer. Would we stay again? probably but most would want a single room which puts the cost up to similar what we would have paid. I must also mention the excellent customer service i received from the management following a pre stay booking issue i encountered, they resolved the issue very well and quickly and for this i am thankful and it definitely put the hotel in a more favourable light to me.

Great location. Walking distance from all the relevant places. Many restaurants and pubs around the area. Our room was very clean and modern. The price was fair. There was the paid parking option but its really not necessary. There are many parking spaces for free in the area. Overall a good and pleasing experience for a comfortable price.

We stayed here for 2 nights in June. Pluses: 1. That ingenious Ibis Budget design, with a single column containing the light fixture, sink, and mirror dividing the room; 2. Soft memory foam mattresses and fluffy white duvets; 3. Strong, free wifi; 4. Sparkling clean (the bright green and white decor!), quiet, and secure; 5. Friendly staff; 6. Walking distance from the bus station; 7. On the edge of Old Town, in an excellent location that shares a courtyard with the Perpignan Theater 8. Lots of outlets in the room 9. A/C, heat 10. So inexpensive! Minuses 1. Breakfast is not included. After all, this is France :) 2. Rooms are small. That's the point. Highly recommend for short, fun stays in the city.
