Wonderful experience at the Mercure Sukhumvit 24. The location is good and convenient. The service at the hotel is very good and friendly. In particular, Khun Rita, who works on my floor. She makes everyone comfortable, effortlessly pays attention to the guests needs, and her work is excellent. I also appreciate her gestures, such as making interesting animal figurines from towels. 😀

Friendly and competent staff. Excellent breakfast. Perfect room cleaning service by Ladda. Close to BTS station. Seven eleven store on ground floor.

We ad a wonderful stay in this hotel room. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was cozy with fresh linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool without being noisy. The bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. I appreciated the complimentary toiletries and neatly folded towels. Small touches like the welcoming staff, prompt housekeeping, and attention to detail made the experience even better. Overall, the room provided both comfort and convenience, making our stay enjoyable and stress-free. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We would like to extend my sincere appreciation to LADDA for her outstanding service during our stay. A small touch like the "crocodile towel' showed her pride in her work. Excellent!
