No compromise, strict with the Rules

If you're planning to stay at this hotel, be sure to read the booking terms carefully. Any mistake on your part means you’ll have no right to request changes — you’ll simply have to accept the outcome. In this case, two rooms were booked, and the confirmation stated that breakfast was included for both rooms. However, a small note mentioned that only one room would receive breakfast (as per membership benefits). Upon check-in, only one room was given breakfast, and the staff insisted it was the guest’s fault for not reading the note — strictly following the policy without offering any alternatives or solutions. The guest had no choice but to accept the situation.

It was my first time experiencing the buffet lunch here, and it was truly impressive! We received the warmest welcome from Khun Mary, the hostess, who made us feel right at home. Special thanks to Khun Smart for his wonderful service—he noticed that my mom needed assistance and immediately stepped in to help. His attentiveness and kindness left a lasting impression. Also, compliments to Sous Chef Patchakorn—the panini he prepared was perfectly crispy and absolutely delicious! We strongly recommend this place and will definitely come back again!

We enjoyed our 6 days stay in the hotel though we had an exciting experience with Bangkok earthquake on 28 Mar. The housekeeping team especially Ms K. YHA is experienced, polite and helpful. She is creative too and uses towels folding different designs that gives us surprise and delighted us each day. The housekeeping team at 21 floor cooperated well and they cleaned the room thoroughly during our stay. We were delighted by their excellent service. Thumb up 👍👍👏🏻👏🏻
