This was my second stay at the hotel. It gets better. I wrote about the hotel's great location and surrounding amenities in my previous review (December 2024). All is still good. The room is clean, neat and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing like a cheery morning greeting from the chambermaid as my wife and I headed to explore the mega shopping malls of Bangkok. What I really enjoyed this time was the dinner at the Vue bar, a rooftop bar on the 29th floor. The evening breeze in December was cool and consistent. The place was not crowded (if you go early). It's really a cool place to just chill and sip your cocktail. The menu was mainly Western. I ordered the chicken tortilla and the quesadilla (and I learned how to pronounce it properlly). The portions were generous and they went very well with my Singha beer. Wished there were some local dishes though, like the popular pad thai. This is one hotel with a great location. Can't ask for more.

My go to hotel for the convenience and nearby amenities. I always look forward to the warm welcome at Mercure Sukhumvit 24 from the front desk and concierge teams. Special thanks to Khun Pond for the consistently pleasant, personalised welcome, and to housekeeper Khun Bang On for her attention to detail throughout my stay.

“I’m always impressed every time I visit Vue Bar. The food is delicious, the ingredients are high quality, and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. Most of all, the service truly stands out. Special thanks to Khun O, Khun Top, Khun P, and Khun Min for their professionalism, genuine care, and attention to every detail. They always make me feel comfortable and well taken care of, just like coming back to a place that feels like home.”

We stayed at the Mercure Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 24 for two nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located. What really stood out for us was the exceptional service. We were allowed to check in already at 10:00 a.m., which was incredibly helpful after our arrival – especially since the official check-in time is normally 2:00 p.m. This made a big difference and was very much appreciated. A special thank you to Miss Sky, Miss May, and Miss Pare. They were all extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt very welcome here and would definitely stay again when visiting Bangkok. Highly recommended!
