Novotel Sukhumvit 20 is an excellent hotel, the rom was modern, clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was super-convenient, close to shopping centers and BTS. 7-11 is only a few minutes walk. Breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommended

It is a very nice hotel. Value for money! All the staff are very polite. I stayed there for five nights because of the ISTH Congress (June 21-26, 2024). I thing that I forgot in the room 1209 the handsfree of my iPhone. I appreciate very much if someone of the staff would reply to me if they are founded (my email is: grouzielisavet@gmail.com). Loved having Jam at reception check us in in and make us feel so welcome. The view over the pool and city from our room was wonderful. Tip top cleanliness of the room - thanks housekeeping. Pool was really quite cold though and most of the time we were there, it was empty, despite being so hot outside. Hotel needs to fix this up. Breakfast was also lacklustre and dull. Get a coffee and some mango and sticky rice off the street rather than worrying about eating here. All very white washed food with no flavour or passion. Wouldn’t be hard for the kitchen to add some cut limes to squeeze on the freshly cut fruit, add some chives next to the congee which you can use to sprinkle on, rather than flavourless green celery tendrils. The hot noodle cart is a good idea but the broth has zero flavour and isn’t nice to eat. I’d give this place five stars but the restaurant breakfast is sub par and lacking innovation or interest, the pool could be better. It shouldn’t be so freezing in it. Five stars to reception and housekeeping staff though. Thanks Jam too.

Lovely hotel - close to shops/airport and train. Great service! Rooms were clean and everything we needed. Breakfast was well set out and yummy. Great coffee at the hotel too. Check in and check out was very easy - even at 5am. Everyone enjoyed the gym and swimming pool. Roof top bar was great but you have to book. Would recommend

Great Stay if you prefer quieter hotels in busy locations

Managed to get the rooms at a great price. It's everything you'd expect a Novotel/ 4 star property to have. Staff are warm and understands English. Only thing is the location, it's a bit of a walk from the main road and about 10mins walk to Emsphere shopping mall or the nearby BTS. The more convenient BTS might be Asok. There's a 7/11 1min walk away but which we only realised the day before we left as it was further in (exit hotel turn left to 7/11, turn right to the main road). Just to add that despite the distance, it's not a quiet walk but foodstalls, restaurants, massages and other hotels along the way so we felt safe. Experience is quite similar to most other reviews, maybe just to add on the that view is pretty decent, they do provide hair dryer and mini bar in room (mini bar is of course chargeable). Also, water provided is in a glass bottle, so if you would like to bring water out (please do, BKK weather is super humid), better off buying from 7/11.Rooms has lots of storage, you can get a bathtub in some of lower-tier rooms if you are lucky. Room can get abit dark at night though.
