Had an amazing stay! I chose to stay here for 2 nights/3days with my family, and the experience Novotel gave us will stay with me forever. Their service and hospitality were truly commendable. Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bangkok! My reviews in short: Warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful staffs The fastest check-in and check-out I’ve ever experienced Clean, tidy, spacious rooms with great attention to detail Comfortable beds, Showers and room facilities were 5/5 Excellent breakfast, my 1 year old baby also loved the fruits, fresh juices and yogurts Beautiful pool view and the roof bar was 100/10 Perfect location — Close to malls and BTS stations (walking distance) Convenient and helpful TukTuk service by the hotel So, stop scrolling further and just book this for your stay at bkk!

We stayed at Novotel , Sukhumvit 20 for four days. We loved it. The amenities were faultless. Our room was on the 10th floor so we were above the Infinity Pool and Gym which are on the ninth floor. We used them both. My Hubby said that he could not have survived Bangkok without the pool. The hotel was a fantastic base for exploring Sukhumvit. We loved it and will be back. The Sky Bar was amazing. The best part of our trip were the staff. They were all brilliant .

Great Contemporary Hotel

A new luxurious, contemporary hotel. We arrived just after noon but our room wasn’t ready. That was a bit disappointing as it had taken 25 hours since we left our house to get there. Fortunately there are 2 very good bar/restaurants within 40 yards of the entrance (Twenty Street and The Deck). Huge room, huge comfortable bed, powerful shower. Great breakfast with lots of options. Ten minutes walk to Asok Station. We checked the price through the hotel for a taxi to Kanchanaburi the following day and the price given was B2000 (£50). We eventually sorted our own Grab taxi for B1500 (£37.50). We checked out the SkyBar (Sky at 20) just before sunset and it was a great experience. A bit pricey, though, at B598 (£14.95) for 4 beers. I suppose it was lucky it was Happy Hour! My only negative comment about the Novotel was the bathroom wall, which was glass. You could see straight in from the bedroom and vice versa. This is the third I’ve seen in South East Asia and I don’t understand it. It doesn’t make me feel uncomfortable but I just think it’s plain weird. I’m not sure if this facility is available in the Twin Rooms. But if you’re travelling with your maiden aunt, I would check beforehand.
