I had the pleasure of interacting with Jam, during my recent stay at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20, and I couldn't be more impressed by their exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, Jam greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile and made me feel at home right away. They were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What stood out most was Jam's & Jirayuth professionalism and willingness to assist. Whether it was providing directions, offering helpful recommendations for local attractions, or ensuring that my room was spotless and well-stocked, they did it all with such grace and attention to detail. Their positive attitude truly made a difference and added a personal touch to my experience at the hotel. I truly appreciate the level of service provided by Jam and feel that they are a real asset to the Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 team. Fourth Time At This Hotel

My fourth stay at this hotel did not differ from the previous three. The service and accommodations were EXCELLENT. The high floor room faced a magnificent view of the city, especially at night. I will name a few individuals whose names I happened to be able to get because of the frequency of interaction with them: Reception manager Mr. Jira; receptionists - Miss Aphichaya S (Jam), miss Dear, miss Yada, and miss Ying; the concierge team messieurs Bruce, Tomus, Aong, Thew, and Nah; The breakfast team - Misses Gam, Mew, View, Ben, and the lady at the ground floor snack bar. These are only some of the few that made my stay so pleasant. I must not forget the teams that did my room every day. As I have said before, one of the things that makes this hotel so desirable, is its location near two BTS and an MRT stations. Also the hotel is within walking distance to the Emsphere, Emporium, Emquartier, and Terminal 21 malls.. However, I want to emphasize that it is the people and the service that make stays at this hotel so pleasant.

I loved the cleanliness of the rooms. The bed was comfy just the way I love it. Felt like my home bed. The hotels proximity to the markets and leisure centres makes it very accessible. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay

Great meeting hotel - mainly due to the excellent staff

Was just here for a 2 week stay as we chose the Novotel Sukhumvit 20 as our location for a complex meeting bringing together our global partners and staff to strategize. The hotel has some very pretty features, such as the rooftop pool, but what really made the experience was the quality of the staff. Our events manager, Juthamart (Chompoo) did an incredible job getting us what we needed and making sure everything ran smoothly for our event. The concierge team and the front desk team were also incredible helpful when inevitable problems arose. They took care of our guests so well - specially noting Bruze and Aong from the concierge team and Boyd, Ying, and Opal from the front desk team. These folks went above and beyond to provide care and hospitality throughout our stay. If having another meeting in Bangkok, we would return and will recommend to other groups!

Wonderful night at Sky on 20

It was a great night that I experienced the Sky on 20 for my first time. The staffs provided me very polite service. Khun Jane, Mind, Ben and Khun Kong are very friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and wonderful. The cocktails are the best, the taste is very good. I like the Aloha so much. I will take my friend come to join me next time. I will come back often. 🥰
