Was happy to stay at a Pullman though expected more from it, room was OK, clean, executive lounge was really disappointing (no atmosphere/low choice of snacks or drinks/no breakfast offer...), breakfast was average and expected bit more quality

It was a pleasure to stay here- one main reason is that service is efficient and prompt. The staff are cooperative and friendly. The breakfast was great. The room is comfortable and well maintained. The only suggestion I will make is that when hotel guests arrive and are waiting to be checked in, please seat them. I was tired and stood for at least 20 minutes while the checkin formalities were taking place.

Very helpful staff and nice facilities, the hotel is well located with the possibility to do some walks or jogging around the lake just from the hotel. I thank Robert in particular from the reception who was very helpful.

Big promise but very average reality!

This hotel is certainly not a five stars establishment. 35 floors standard Dubai tower having no caracter and build without any inspiration. Poor maintanance making this hotel appear old and used. Not recommended as hotel is much below of the promise and average Pullman international level.

餐厅不错,房间的卫生间需要改善,淋浴间的水会流到外面,厕所冲水经常冲不干净。房间整体偏小

房间够大,每天提供4瓶矿泉水,够用,不错。没有要求不提供牙刷梳子,但是要了之后提供很快,服务热情。早餐非常棒,对于中国胃,能吃饱,晚餐我实在吃不惯,阿拉伯特色。洗澡水很棒,量大又热,但是洗手池堵,希望检修下。

We loved our experience at the Pulmann JLT.The lobby and outdoor areas are fantastically spacious and opulent - just what you would expect. Security is high so non-residents can't get into the hotel area and we felt safe and secure throughout our trip. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had 2 separate rooms and both were equally clean. We also had great service from all staff staff we encountered - all friendly and welcoming - all as expected from a hotel in this tier.

Our stay was very good. Great location, Good breakfast, Good bar, very clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff. Niroj from front desk was very helpful. Thanks for upgrading us 😀 we had a good time and will prefer to return to this hotel.

整体来说跟PULLMAN品质相当,但是有问题:我们一共订了3间房,奇怪的是,每间房的设施都不一样-有2间有咖啡机,1间没有;有1间有音响,另2间却没有;饮用水也是有多有少… 最重要的,我们预定的是大床房,三间给的全是双床…

Kindly note that the difference in the rooms was a result of two of the rooms being upgraded, which includes the availability of a Nespresso machine and in some rooms Bose speakers. We are sorry that this was not explained to you upon check in. We do hope that should your travels bring you back to Dubai we will be your hotel of choice. Another stay at Pullman Jumeirah Lakes Towers Hotel & Residence. Great service and friendly staff as always. I would like to recognize some of the team members like Abdelilah, Ruckshan and Analiza that consistently go the extra mile and deliver outstanding service. They are great ambassadors of the hotel and definitely lead by example. Of course the rest of the team is doing an excellent job too and thank you for making my stays feel like being at home!

My favorite hotel but disspointed this time

One of my favorite hotel in Dubai. I stayed in at this hotel all time I visited Dubai this year 2019 sofar. Since, I am platinum card holder which I am expected to have special care as usually I had. I booked the room for 3 nights and I was requested during check in to extanding my reservation for anther 2 nights. But all requested is rejected. Unfortunately this time my family come to stay with me in Dubai for 3 nights. The plan was staying 2 night at this hotel, and one night in Sofitel palm resort. Even family reached to hotel at 1 pm, and the duty manager give us late check out, just to help us to get an hotel but still this is not acceptable with me. Because no use for our royalty to accor hotels. What is meaning held platinum card or no card holder. Is just few things which really not make big difference. Very disspointed and I am thinking to change hotels chain with other group and program they appreciate the members.

Very good exclusive lounge and service, nice connection with metro and city. Helpful staff. La Vue lounge outside was coog for evening relax. Pool on the top of the hotel, small but not very overcroded.

Excellent hotel with good room, good price, good bedroom, close to the subway, excellent restaurants and a good breakfast. The check-in and check-out is very fast and the service is excellent. I recommend this hotel because the value for money is excellent

I stayed at the Pullman Jumeirah Lakes Towers Hotel & Residence during September 2019 and everything was perfect. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Truly i would rate it a 10 out of 10 experience.

房间大,干净,服务规范,彬彬有礼。早餐有蜂巢,我很吃惊,每天都享受着美味。提一点建议就是早餐品种希望增加蔬菜,最好是热的,也许这是对中国人来说是喜欢吃的食物。
