I was 2 weeks in the Loguna Tower, my vacations was during last week of December. All was perfect and i will put a special review for the concierge Satish. He is very helpful and can provide what you need for your vacation.

During my stay at Mövenpick Dubai, I had an excellent experience thanks to Satish at the concierge desk. From the moment I approached him, he was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. He provided great recommendations, helped with directions and bookings, and always made sure everything was handled smoothly. What really stood out was his positive attitude and attention to detail—he went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable and stress-free. Staff like Satish truly make a difference and reflect the high standards of the hotel. Thank you, Satish, for the outstanding service. I highly recommend Mövenpick Dubai, especially because of team members like him.

The reception are helpful and respectful The cleaners are doing an amazing job and tge are respectful bad things are that the taxi drivers use the horn not in a respectful way near the hotel and residents and there is no microwave and tge balcony doors don't close up completely

We’re sorry to hear about the issues with the taxi drivers using their horns near the hotel, which can be disruptive for guests and residents. We will raise this concern with local transportation services and speak with our security team about managing vehicle behavior around the property. Regarding the balcony doors not closing completely and the absence of a microwave, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We’ve forwarded your comments to our maintenance team to inspect and address the balcony doors promptly. As for the microwave, we will share your suggestion with the management team for consideration, especially if additional guest amenities are needed. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve. Visited UBK and had a wonderful experience. The bar has a great atmosphere and is the perfect place to relax and unwind at night. The bartender Clearance and our server, Ei, provided outstanding hospitality and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Everything was excellent from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our time and will definitely be back for the New Year’s party.
