Ibis styles, room fresh and the bed is really comfortable, room bit on the small side, got a balcony but watch if have kids it's pretty high, lighting poor in the room near the door, and no kettle or really or coffee, serves a purpose on a city break and near the centre of town, but berm in better ibis styles over the last few years

We stayed in this modern, comfortable hotel when we were in Lisbon for the half marathon. Breakfast was at 6.30am on the day of the race. Very good food including vegan options for 12 euros. We were in room 213 which has separate sleeping areas which worked well for us (we are not a couple). My friend brought a kettle which was handy. There is a fridge in the room. Comfy beds. Helpful staff.

We had a fabulous stay here for a week. We had no idea what to expect because we hadn't read many reviews and we were complete strangers to Lisbon. However, we did have some positive association and familiarity with the Ibis Styles brand in the UK. We were not disappointed by our hotel choice in Lisbon. In fact, we were very pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was a winner for us because of the choice and quality of food available (scrambled eggs, bacon, continental cold meats and cheeses, fruit, muesli, yoghurt, pancakes, juices, teas and coffees). The rooms were comfortable, clean and stylish. The heating worked. It was not too noisy. The showers were great and the bed gave a good sleep. The reception staff spoke good English and were patient and polite. The breakfast room staff were also very lovely. Everyone was helpful. We were greeted with Portuguese custard tarts and fruit tea on our arrival - which set the tone really well. Yes, it's a budget hotel but that was more than adequate for our needs. It's handily placed for access to the metro (there are two stations within half a mile's walk in either direction) or the buses (even closer than the metro) or a walk in the Edward VII park from which you can get awesome views down to the River Tagus or have a visit to the Estufa Fria incredible greenhouse. You can see plenty of bigger and more spectacular hotels very nearby but this one was just the job.

We had such a great time. The staff was amazing. The blonde receptionist made us feel welcome right away and helped us to find the best breakfast in the city. The black-haired waitress at the bar was just as amazing she helped us to find very good night-life at Lisbon. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I stayed at this hotel and the service was incredible and super helpful, giving excellent advise! The staff spoke great English and were eager to assist. The only problem I had this hotel was that the rooms were a little small and not greatly sound proof. I was able to hear the people next door coughing and moving furniture. I loved the fact that there were Portuguese tarts and teas provided throughout the day in the reception lobby. Overall a lovely stay and the service was a highlight.
