My experience with Anesya at Café Java during my stay in Novotel Al Barsha❤️ was absolutely delightful. The café has a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The food selection was impressive, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that suited all tastes. Everything was well-prepared and beautifully presented.

I visited Café Java and had an excellent experience — especially thanks to Anesya, one of the waitresses. She provided friendly, attentive, and efficient service throughout our visit, making us feel very welcome. The atmosphere is cozy and the food and coffee were enjoyable. Honestly, the service from Anesya and the rest of the team really stood out and made our time here memorable. Highly recommend this spot for great coffee, tasty bites, and top‑notch service! ☕🍰👏

Mido at 365 is a courteous, attentive and gracious ambassador for the brand. His smiling face and great attitude greeted me each time I went to the restaurant. He made sure I always had anything I needed. Truly an asset to the restaurant and hotel.
