I have had so far during my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, from the moment I arrived, the reception was not welcoming, and the attitude of both the front desk staff and the team present was unprofessional and disappointing. Furthermore, I was given room 1007, which is a handicap room, and to my surprise it had a very unpleasant odor. In addition, there were no basic amenities provided such as soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, or even shower gel. This is unacceptable for a hotel of your level, especially considering the amount paid for the stay. This is sincerely the worst room I have ever received in a hotel, and it does not reflect the standard or comfort I expected, particularly as I am here to enjoy my Christmas holiday.

Good rooms with the most Services , security, waiters not forgetting the cleaners who do the great job in making sure everything is OK in rooms we really appreciate everyone in the hotel it was a pleasure being in your hotel...hopefully we come again next year or soon.cheers guys I highly recommend the hotel
