It is very bad when you find insects in fruits and after more than 10 complains they cover it by metal plate something .....I thought I'm in Small hotel not in Novatel ......I hope one of the managers can check the break in meeting room it is very bad ......I don't like to attach photo as that is really disgusting

Very helpful house keeping and tidy job cleaning! I am staying at Novotel Al BARSHA my room cleaner was good cleaner as well I would like to thank all staff for the highly recommended love from all thanku team

This was the first time that we stayed at this hotel, although not our first time visiting Dubai. We were very happy with the suite we booked. It was cleaned to a high standard every day. We also liked the variety of food served at breakfast and dinner. The hotel was central to the main attractions. From checking in, to our departure the staff could not have been more attentive to our needs during our 3 weeks stay. They were very friendly and helpful. Their main priority was to ensure that the guests were happy and satisfied. In fact, they made us feel very special indeed. We have no hesitation in recommending this lovely hotel. We would like to say a big "THANK YOU" to all the members of staff listed below, along with all those we have missed (sorry we can't remember all the names). You all made our stay memorable.
