Fantastic hotel that I look forward to staying in every time I'm in Leicester. Great rooms, lovely bed and TV, very spacious , lovely bathroom, bar area etc is excellent. Thoroughly recommend for anyone visiting Leicester.

Just wanted to stop here and say that Megan on the bar was ace. Had a bit of a poor experience the night before but Megan turned it around and gave us great customer service. Hold on to Megan.

Gereserveerd voor een nacht, mooie grote kamer op vijfde etage, geweldig groot tv scherm waarmee je zelfs je eigen taal kunt instellen. Grote schone badkamer met regendouche. Ook het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, zelfs voor vega en vegan stond al klaar, mocht je dat nodig hebben, heerlijk full english gegeten. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hotel ligt lekker dicht bij centrum.

De kamers zijn ruim en proper, goede douche en producten van rituals. Het ontbijt is goed en gevarieerd maar brood keuze is te beperkt! Onthaal is vriendelijk . 1 grote teleurstelling: 1 maal geen propere handdoeken en 1 dag was de kamer totaal niet opgemaakt! Bij de receptie werd dit eerst afgewimpeld als een kleine vergissing met de belofte dit de volgende dag te doen( dag van het uitchecken!)na het dreigen met een klacht werd dit vrij snel opgelost maar toen was het al 15u ! Als compensatie ( na zelf aandringen) kregen we een gratis drankje voor 2 in de bar .Dit liet een wrang gevoel na bij ons vierde bezoek!!niet voor herhaling vatbaar! Kies ook een kamer die niet aan de straat ligt veel lawaai van het verkeer

الغرفة ليست نظيفه تماماً، والمخدات يوجد فيها بقعة سوداء يوجد رائحة كريهة فالغرفة ولايوجد مسببات الراحة .
