Location of hotel is good. Next to the MRT, Huai Khwang station. Very local area, night market located around the area. Friendly staff at the hotel Lobby, especially Nan. Decent place to stay in Bangkok.

Breakfast good. Room is nice ,clean and comfy. We took the room with sofa, and it was quite big for 2 pax. Thumbs up for Nan, the host greeter. Very helpful & friendly. He is good at giving us recommendation for places to go around BKK. And he keeps on checking us every morning before we go out, make sure everything's okay.

Location is convenient as Blue line MRT is just a few steps away, clean room, clean beddings, good sound proof and the breakfast buffet is really good. 24 hours convenient shop is also steps away. Highly recommend

Having stayed here several times before the pandemic though the last one was rather disappointing, we decided to stay here again twice across the week for its location. We do note that the prices having been creeping up for the past fee months, likely due to the fall in the currency as well as inflation. Both stay were nice with us given the highest floor. Though we noticed some rooms were rather noisy at night with some company having some events across a few days during the 2nd stay, we did not have any problems going to sleep at night. The condition of the rooms were still great though the weirdness of the design in the toilet lights baffled us where if you switched on the toilet lights, your partner will likely be woken up. The breakfast were good but the hotel should consider shifting the large group of company to another area or room for breakfast as the place and staff couldn’t handled such a big group. This affected the whole breakfast experience with guests having to hunt for an empty table (staff was too busy) and the chefs simply couldn’t keep up the orders. And the group’s manager was making some speech at the breakfast area making the whole experience even worst with all the loud noise and clapping of the hands. While groups events are important source of income, I hoped that the hotel also remember that guests like us are also important. We’re returning to Bangkok in a few months’ time but this hotel is definitely not high on our list.

You know your hotel stay will be great when you meet Mr NAN from front office! Mr Nan is a great host, very hospitable and always happy to help give us information on where to go or how to get to places we wanted to visit. He is very friendly and approachable. Nice clean hotel, comfortable rooms. Overall great experience, would return here again.
