Pokój OK, sniadanie było skromne bardzo. Cena 170+ euro wydaje sie wysoka.

Nous sommes ravis que votre chambre vous ait donné satisfaction, mais nous regrettons que notre petit-déjeuner n’ait pas pleinement répondu à vos attentes. Nous proposons pourtant un choix de produits locaux sélectionnés avec soin, et il semble que cela n’ait pas été suffisamment mis en valeur lors de votre passage. Nous allons renforcer la présentation et la variété de notre buffet afin que nos clients puissent mieux apprécier cette offre. Concernant le tarif, il reflète l’ensemble des services inclus, mais nous comprenons votre ressenti. Very nice welcome on arrival with a very efficient reception team. Rooms are Clean and functional and all seemed dressed in a historic style. Pool area as clean and great for a late afternoon chill session. Bar and other faculties (unfortunately no restaurant) were top drawer. Location is great for travellers who want to explore the area and all facilities are just a short walk.

Could be nice if they cleaned the place and didn’t shout at you

Arrived in our room to find the toilet had not been cleaned before our arrival! Immediately advised man working on reception who then got very angry and shouted at me. I have never experienced such a poor reception to a hotel stay. It’s a shame as the hotel could be very nice but it’s needs to be thoroughly cleaned (room also very dusty and communal areas dirty, mould in bathroom). The angry little man needs some serious customer service training. I noticed on leaving other guests also complaining about the lack of cleaning.

A very beautiful building , and beautiful typical regency french rooms. All air conditioned very quite cannot hear anyone walking on the carpets, and our room was in front of the lift. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful , escorting you towards toilets, Spa etc. The only downside to the hotel, is though it has a lovely breakfast in the morning, they do not do lunch time or evening meals.

Thank you very much for your lovely rating, which rewards the quality of our welcome, our service, our breakfast and all of our Hotel & Spa services. Our hotel does not have a restaurant but we are in the city center where you can eat easily. However, we offer room services for our customers who prefer to stay in their rooms.
