We are pleased that you found our secure parking, dedicated disabled bay, and the availability of our hotel restaurant for dinner to be convenient for your stay. Our team is always ready to assist and provide the best service possible, so we're thrilled to hear that you found our staff helpful. However, we understand your concerns regarding the parking situation and the limitations of our reservation system. While we do our best to accommodate all our guests’ needs, we regret any inconvenience you may have experienced due to the parking availability. We appreciate your suggestion and will take it into consideration as we continuously strive to improve our guests' experience. Finally, we hope that despite the parking issue, you were able to enjoy the surrounding amenities and the convenience of our hotel's location, close to both the Erasmus Hospital and public transport options for easy access to the city center. The cleanliness and hygiene of our rooms are of utmost importance to us, and we have strict protocols in place to ensure the highest standards are maintained. Our housekeeping team is trained to thoroughly clean and prepare each room between guests, including changing all bed linens. The situation you described is not representative of our standards. We understand the importance of attentive service and are sorry to read that our staff did not meet your expectations at the bar. Please rest assured that we strive to offer a welcoming and efficient service to all our guests. Regarding parking, we apologize for any confusion regarding coach parking facilities. We do offer parking for vehicles, and while we don’t have specific coach parking, we always aim to assist our guests with alternative arrangements when possible.
