Dear Yunhan S., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely regret to learn about the flight cancellation that prevented you from travelling as planned and understand how disappointing and frustrating this situation must have been. After carefully reviewing your file, we confirm that the reservation was made through a third-party booking platform and was subject to the booking conditions agreed upon at the time of reservation. Unfortunately, within this framework, the hotel was not able to process a refund. Please note that, according to our records, the stay was registered as completed at the hotel. For future travel, and to benefit from greater flexibility and direct assistance should unexpected circumstances arise, we kindly recommend booking directly with the hotel or selecting a more flexible option when available.
