飞机取消了 没能到达布鲁塞尔 与酒店方面协商但酒店方不同意退房

Dear Yunhan S., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely regret to learn about the flight cancellation that prevented you from travelling as planned and understand how disappointing and frustrating this situation must have been. After carefully reviewing your file, we confirm that the reservation was made through a third-party booking platform and was subject to the booking conditions agreed upon at the time of reservation. Unfortunately, within this framework, the hotel was not able to process a refund. Please note that, according to our records, the stay was registered as completed at the hotel. For future travel, and to benefit from greater flexibility and direct assistance should unexpected circumstances arise, we kindly recommend booking directly with the hotel or selecting a more flexible option when available. 一進到飯店，就會有服務人員主動上前告知，等一下房號出來後，他會負責運送行李。結帳時，櫃檯也會明確告知，沒有產生其它費用。

飯店距離南火車站(midi)經由了Metro 地鐵搭到Louis 站再行走2分鐘就到達，因為Check In不在地面樓且門面不大，要注意Mgallery 的旗幟來找到入口，我們是白金卡因此取得住宿期間可在bar台無限暢飲軟性飲料的通行劵，此外，還有welcome drink 可點酒精飲料，我們使用welcome drink劵在早餐點選了早餐前香檳飲料，感謝早餐時Mis Julian給我們最大的協助，很好的服務與安排窗座位。

離地鐵站近，去那裡都很方便．對面就是精品街，喜歡逛街的人很適合 服務人員很親切．不過房內餐飲很一般，價格卻很高． 床會發出怪聲，不太好睡 另外，廁所的清潔度也有待加強 特別是洗手台有一些污漬，其實用力沖水就可以沖掉
