整体比较干净 房间过于简陋 以至于没有张桌子

连住 5 天，第一天给安排了洗手间淋浴区和洗手盘都堵住的房间，根本下不去水，第二天换房前台墨迹了半天才换房成功，然后就是房间非常不隔音，四面八方都可以听到其他客人在她们房间的动静，没见过这么差的酒店，根本不应该存在，然后入住还要收环境税，我请问你们有什么环境需要保护？那么破烂不堪还要收税

热水二十四小时供应，床被都好。唯一不是的是拖鞋要到前台要，不知道的就不会去拿。

订了住宿+早餐配套。早餐时7-10.30am.九点钟问了侍应，竟然被告知沙拉没了，然后就不管我们了！忍不住抓了负责人来问，说是stock habis。好样的，还跟我说10.30前菜商送不了货来。最后一番交涉，才拿来了半碗黄瓜+圣女果。其他的食物，保温也做得不够。从装盘到座位也就没多长时间，可是食物就变冷了。这体验很不好。
