The customer service at this hotel is top notch. All front desk staff were friendly and showed exceptional service. My father had issues walking and the front desk staff were quick to offer help, getting a wheelchair when it was available. The location is close to the airport, the rooms are very clean and spacious.

I come here quite often for business - staff are amazing - Sonia is very special - remembers your favourite drinks and food - always feel welcome. Rooms are immaculate and comfortable - service overall is some of the best I’ve had world wide. Food is good as well - never disappointed

This is an excellent business hotel , Rooms are spacious and comfortable. When transiting through Auckland it is worth the little extra taxi expense to stay here.

We had an upgraded deluxe room with a kitchenette. Rooms were immaculately clean with a good size bathroom and an oversized shower. Hallways look like they'd recently been refurbished. Excellent buffet breakfast in the morning. Staff were very attentive and pleasant. Small range of eateries adjacent to the hotel and shopping mall was a five minute walk away. Could not fault it and we would easily stay there again.

L’hôtel est très bien situé et offre toutes les commodités attendues pour le voyageur. La literie est très confortable. Notre chambre était bien insonorisée. La salle de bain est spacieuse et moderne. Le petit déjeuner (buffet) était complet. Il y a également un restaurant que nous n’avons pas essayé.
