Lifts were constantly not working,, on top of that the phones in the room were not working either so cud not order food to the room but most importantly please be careful about snacks provided in the room as they intentionally leave note deep in the drawers and you have no idea you are charged triple for snacks provided in the room. It is very way clever way of making money. Spa not as expected as water was cold. The positives: The breakfast buffet came with great variety and gym facilities good.

Our room was beautiful, no complaints. The club lounge was AN ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSMENT. A pokey little room, NO canapes, just s bit of bone in fried chicken and some bits of teriyaki chicken. No cocktails made to order, no other food, no top shelf spirits. Oh and their espresso martinis and margaritas come out of a tap. Geez Pullman what's going on?

L'hôtel Pullman est très bien situé : à proximité immédiate du Parc Albert, à environ 800m (11 min à pieds) de la Sky Tower et environ 900m (12 min à pieds) du quai des ferries. Il offre les différents services attendus d'un grand hôtel, incluant une piscine, hammam, sauna et spa. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits et nous le sélectionnerons de nouveau dans le futur si nous retournons sur Auckland.

Nice comfortable hotel, especially enjoyed the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Plus the gym was equipped a lot better than other hotels I have stayed at. On the downside the bath/shower combo was somewhat dated and could do with an upgrade

Love the Pullman, but the parking is diabolical. You forget things when rushing and arriving. Separate parking that is on hotel

I love staying at the pullman yet this time parking below pullman has changed. I was trying to be frugal and save on the valet. Park the car myself. But when I came to check out after my stay to pay for parking and was told it is belonging to a separate company. I was charged $105.00 for one night parking. That is what will stop me from going back. Hotels should have their own parking and it not confuse guests! Oh and you are not allowed to access your car after 10pm as to the new parking owners rules. They stop access at 10pm making you walk the three levels below from where you drive in if you forgot your bedtime pills! And three levels back to hotel. Sad part of my stay. Oh and no gym was ready until my last morning I saw a comfrence room open on way to pool. Saw people in there on gym equipment. Was not informed about that at all! Needed to do some sets. I am a member of all accor the best hotel chain in the world!
