Very nice hotel with excellent services and extremely good food. Special mention for their exceptional servicess across all the hospitality functions. I must recommend it for those who are travelling to Lucknow. The location is very prime.

I recently stayed at your hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. I particularly appreciated ajit housekeeping something specific, such as the breakfast buffet Overall, I would highly recommend your hotel to others and look forward to staying with you again in the future. L'accueil est très chaleureux les équipes sont professionnels le restaurant s'est mis à l' écoute de nos préférences alimentaires et gustatives et pour cela je remercie principalement Deepak, Nacir, Shivi, Deependra, Soonam, Amit, Aman et le chef Sachien et Anam Purendra et Ankit. Comme le personnel de housekeeping en séjournant une période de plus de trois mois nous permet de connaitre toutes ces précieuse pour leur bonté et le travail qu'ils ont fait. Merci Novotel.

Отличная уборка номеров. Меня уборщик попросил оставить отзыв, но, извините, имя не запомнил. Буду называть его Джимми. Так вот Джимми лучший из персонала. Всегда интересуется что требуется, доброжелательный, называет меня сэром. А вот в ресторане все хуже. Чай несколько раз на ужине заказывал - не приносили. Постоянно искать надо кого-то чтобы водички налили.
