Complaint/Disturbing Stay and Damage to Personal Belongings

I stayed at the hotel for only 14 hours, yet the entire duration was highly disturbed and uncomfortable due to poor service and lack of assistance from the staff. I was allotted a room that had a service/utility room right next to it, which caused continuous loud and disturbing noise throughout the night. I was completely unable to sleep. Despite repeated complaints to the reception, no action was taken, no alternative room was offered, and no support was provided. The complete lack of response and concern from the staff was very disappointing. Additionally, the room service food order arrived extremely late, by which time I was too exhausted to even eat properly. This further added to the inconvenience. The most serious issue, however, was the laundry service. I had given my new and expensive skirt with a leather finish for laundry, and it was completely ruined. The leather strap has been torn, the leather coating has come off, and the garment is now unusable. It is unacceptable that such a delicate and clearly premium item was handled so carelessly. This reflects gross negligence on the part of your laundry staff. I informed the receptionist about all these issues at the time of checkout, yet no one showed basic courtesy, concern, or even offered an apology. The overall attitude of the staff was indifferent and unprofessional. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, and I strongly advise guests not to use the laundry service, as personal belongings are not handled with care. I am sharing photographs as evidence of the damage caused to my skirt. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
