الأسعار جداً مرتفعة في البداية تم حجز مبلغ 15000 درهم لغرفتين لمدة 3 ايام و عند الخروج تم زيادة المبلغ إلى 8577 المجموع أكثر من 23000 مع أن طلبات الروم سرفيس كانت مدفوعة مباشرة و لم تضاف للغرف و لكنها احتسبت على الغرف !!! باستثناء مبلغ سبا 610 درهم اضيفت للغرفة
ارسلت لهم ايميل و لم اجد تجاوب و اتصلت هاتفياً و لم يرد احد نهائياً لإيضاح سبب زيادة المبلغ ؟؟؟

حدثت مشكلة مع موظف الاستقبال ، الحجز كان على غرفة ديلوكس وموجودة جميع البيانات في الايميل ، صعدنا للغرفة عرفت انها صغيرة ليست كما في الصور في الموقع اتصلت بالاستقبال قال الموظف هذه غرفة فيرمونت ! كيف وانا حجزي ديلوكس قال نعتذر منك الآن جميعها محجوزة ! انا اتذكر اذا صارت الاماكن محجوزة يعلمون ابقريد وترقية مناسبة وليست تصغير للحجز ! كنا متعبين من الرحلة جداً ، نمنا وتم تبديل الغرفة غداً بعد خروج الضيوف ! للاسف هذه التجربة سيئة جداً كيف لا اثق بفندق ٥ نجوم يقوم بتعديل حجزي ! بدون وجه حق
