Excellent attention to details and great customer service, in particular Hasna Yassine, the guest service manager paid detailed attention to my needs and responded very well to all my requests. Room/House keeping provided professional and excellent service by Najat. Restaurant staff were amazing! I will go back without any hesitation, this location has become like home for me and the staff at the reception is providing excellent support as well.

It was a wonderful experience, id highly recommend it for anyone looking for an iftar during ramadan. Good place, good food quality, good management, position is accessible. Very Big thanks to the staff, they were super nice and welcoming special thanks to bassma 🙏

My experience in Sofitel Rabat Jardins des roses was incredibly Amazing. I enjoyed the authentic Moroccan iftar with the view on the wonderful garden , the team was very nice and welcoming, the quality of food was amazing and the variety of dishes was great. I will definitely come back again for a longer staycation. I highly recommend☺️

Bad experience with room service

I order dinner and requested coffee capsules. The dinner came but without the capsules so I though no problem I will reorder in the morning. In the morning I ordered the capsules 3 times with 30 mns intervals and never came. The worst is that at night I ordered dinner and also didnt come!!

تجربة متميزة كالعاده تشترك كل مره بأنها أفضل من المره السابقة، يدل على وجود إدارة متميزة تسعى دوماً لراحة النزلاء، وخاصة الموظفه حسنه مسئولة الاستقبال، وكذلك الموظفه حسنه مسئولة العلاقات العامة بالاوتيل، وكذلك المشرفة على نظافة الغرف بالدور الخامس الموظفه حبيبه وفريقها المتميز، ونتطلع لإستمرار الأداء الأحترافي من العاملين بما يعكس سمعة السوفتيل.
