We came back from vacation 2 weeks ago, and we still can't forget this wonderful vacation! The hotel is lovely, very nice and clean. The food is very tasty, thanks to the chefs for their efforts. I would like to highlight the animation team, the guys are trying very hard to make the holiday fun. Special thanks to the girls Olesya and Lia. We don't do yoga at home, but we did it there every day, because the girls do it just wonderful and very professionally. In the morning we came to the pool, and they charged us with their positive energy for the whole day! Thank you very much for your positive attitude, you are super stars!

Fairmont hotel needs a refurbishment

Staff are lovely and generally attentive. Food is good with lots of choice but definitely not 5 star. The hotel, room, area around the Pools is very run down and not in keeping with the Fairmont brand. The place needs an overall. Areas around the pool that are dirty, bird poo on the walls around the palm trees. Ground in bird poo that's been there a long time. Glasses from the pool bar are crack and many times were dirty. Decking area around the adult pool area needs replacing. Toilets near the adult pool and the ones near the spa (ladies) smell of strong sewage,very off putting. Rooms need updating, very dated and tired looking. Outside walls throughout paint peeling off and old looking Looks very run down. Shame as we were really excited about staying here. Yes we had a nice time for the week we were here but wouldn't come back or recommend it to anyone. It is not what you would expect from a Fairmont Hotel. The one in Monti carlo is outstanding, we've stayed there, sorry the difference in the two is unrecognisable. It needs totally refurbing.

Good resort. All facilities available. Spa, swimming pools, private beach, restaurants. Desk staff very professional and attentive. Service and restaurant staff very good. Chefs more than helpful at providing dietary needs. Alcohol available in restaurants but highly expensive. I don’t understand how a bottle of wine costing upwards of £100 is ever justified and that is the cheapest. Food also very expensive. It is a 5* resort and I suppose hence such expensive prices, personally I would have liked an option of a room with a small kitchenette. As my family food choice is limited this would have given us an option of occasionally cooking to our strict dietary requirements. The resort is very remote so not ideal for people wanting to go for walks to explore local villages but I assume people booking here would have reached this before booking.

Hotel facilities were great. A nice place to stay. Clean and housekeeping was excellent. Hotel is looked after. The employees are great and friendly and do whatever they can for you. If you want to stay at the hotel then it’s great. But if you are looking to go out of the hotel and explore then there isn’t much around at all. But that is not the hotels fault. It’s just the location where it is. Breakfast was great. As someone with dietary requirements it was hard to get stuff sorted on the first day but after that it was great and catered for our needs. Only thing would have been good if the hotel had breakfast pastries that were vegan or without eggs. This was the first hotel that couldn’t accommodate for that.
