Dobry 4* hotel (na pewno nie 5*), z ogromną wadą - hałas na zewnątrz. Rewelacyjne pokoje z tarasem, i hałasem 76dB (mierzony przez Sound Meter). Smaczne jedzenie, aczkolwiek powtarzalne. Na tydzień może być. Humus codziennie pyszny. Bardzo smaczne grillowane kalmary. Ciągła muzyka przy basenie, tym razem 66dB. Przy barze basenowym trzeba lekko krzyczeć aby zamówić napoje. All inclusive dosyć ubogi. Większość klientów to Rosjanie.

Nice resort in Dibba where kids could spend excellent time in the swimming pool, kids play area club and the beach. The 1-bedroom suite was so clean, well maintained and tastefully decroted. We enjoyed the espresso machine in the suite. However, we didn't have an excellent sleep due to the quality of pillows. We asked for hard or foamy type of pillows but the hotel didn't have any :-( Our young daughters enjoyed the time they spent in the Kids club thanks to Ms. Glenda. She did her best to entertain them and make them happy. Thank you Glenda. Special thanks to Mr. Mustafa at the front desk. He was so friendly , helpful and welcoming. He managed to offer us one of the best suites in the 10th floor with an amazing view of the sea. We also had a nice chocolate mousse cake for our marriage anniversery. We have also had an amazing time in the spa thanks to Mikayeal who provided us a fantastic high-quality relaxing massage. We had dinner in the main restaurant twice . Great service & yummy indian and italian dishes. However, the breakfast buffet was average in terms of food quality but the staff was friendly and smiley all the time. As Gold members of ALL Accor program, we felt special and much welcomed in this facility despite of the small issue of pillows.

Not recommended due to the poor service. I had to wait almost 7 minutes to have someone take my luggages from the car. Also the wash basin in the room was dirty and water was taking long time to be getting in the drainage. We were promised a room in high level with nice view, we ended up with a room in the third level only. Overall experience was poor and I don’t recommend this hotel.
