Uważam że obsługa hotelu zasługuje na specjalną pochwałę. Wysoka jakość obsługi jak i profesjonalizm a także wysoka kultura osobista całego zespołu. Muszę wspomnieć również o wysokim poziomie języka angielskiego dzięki czemu -zero problemów w komunikacji. Przemiła i tak jak wspominałam wyżej profesjonalna obsługa największy plus tego hotelu na równi z jedzeniem, które również zasługuje na wyróżnienie. Hotel jeśli chodzi o aranżacje i wnętrza to cóż...lata świetności ma za sobą. Mocno przechodzony. Jeśli to nie stanowi dla kogoś priorytetu, to śmiało mogę polecić to miejsce. Piękna plaża w zatoce, fajne zadbane baseny jak i teren hotelu całkiem przyjemnie wyglądający. Napoje i drinki spełniające wymogi nawet wymagających koneserów:) Kolacje a; la carte również godne polecenia. Pobyt uważam za bardzo udany.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Pięknie zagospodarowana przestrzeń wokół hotelu. Duża plaża z zaangażowanymi ratownikami (szczególnie miło wspominamy ratownika o imieniu Mia, także beachboy Kali był bardzo pomocny). Bardzo smaczne i zróżnicowane jedzenie. Świetna atmosfera i obsługa w barze Arela. Pokoje, które nie przeszły jeszcze remontu nie dotrzymują jednak standardu hotelu, widać, że mają swoje lata. W głównej restauracji w „godzinach szczytu” jest dość tłoczno, można by było nieco wydłużyć godziny jej otwarcia.
