Adam C. Rodziny - Opinie potwierdzone ALL

Podróżujemy z rodziną często i hotel nam się podobał. Natomiast obsługa przeważnie recepcja bardzo słaba dał bym im 2- . Pojechaliśmy z dziećmi tam wypocząć brak animacji, basen w hotelu niestety podzielony osobno dla mężczyzn osobno dla kobiet. Dzieciaki nie mogły pływać razem. Na terenie był oświetlony kort tenisowy- parę zezy po kolacji prosiliśmy o rakiety i zawsze słyszeliśmy, że już za późno. Co byś poprosił recepcji to byli bardzo mało pomocni. Pokoje czyste i codziennie sprzątane:) , Jedzenie smaczne. Natomiast jeśli miał bym jeszcze raz przyjechać w to samo miejsce to nie do tego hotelu.

Amazing resort and fantastic food! Zeeshan provided an excellent service at the Exchange restaurant and provided all the support needed for stay. The staff is very courteous, polite and considerate. They understand the needs of family and available to help wherever needed. Other staff would like to mention for commendable service - ananya, hamid and pranav.

It was really good experience over here and they have given very nice view room for fireworks, hospitality was very good . Wissal and Mansour had given us really nice time . Also food was nice

Thanks to the hospitality and smiling lady of Wissal who ensured that I get the best room on Dec 31st 2025 which made my evening watching the fireworks and welcoming 2026.
