Hello. Really i was so happy to be there at the resort everything was perfect i enjoyed with my time there at the amazing view at the beach and the swimming pool. And even the restaurants there so perfect and i would like to thank ms. Room was great ! We even got a free upgrade . But there was a long time wait for check in to the hotel . Breakfast buffet was great , but dinner choices could have been more . But overall it’ was a great experience

We have faced issues during check-in for the 3 rooms that we had booked but special thanks to Mr. Hafeez and Mr. Ahmad they were able to manage everything with professionalism. They upgraded our rooms with a fantastic view. Mr. Hafeez house keeping shift leader has done everything for us. Special thanks to him and to all Filipino staffs who are very polite and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

Amazing property with high end facilities, super clean rooms, very welcoming hotel team, very supportive Managment and delicious F&B outlets. As a member of All Accor loyalty program at the check in We have received free upgrade of the room to the Marjan Suite, which was having spectacular view to the see and elegant interior design. Moreover, It was very pleasant to receive complimentary fruits basket in the suite, gift card for spa and clinic. I would like to thank entire team for amazing experience and I am strongly recommending this property!

Overall nice experience but hope to improve the service and make it faster. Also be available when someone calls the hotel. Also answer the guests calls faster because i called many times and got no answer then i had to call other service number to finally get an answer and they said we’ll send your message to the concerned person.

Disappointing experience

Check in took almost 30 minutes if not more. Staff weren’t helpful. I have been to many hotels in UAE and never been asked for a deposit above already the room fee, for no valid reason, the mini fridge was empty. Rooms were smelly and was expecting more room essentials like bathrobes or at least slippers. This is a 5 stars hotel and the room fee was not cheap to have such a bad service.

It was a pleasure staying at Marjan Island Resort & SPA is a nice hotel with excellent service. They offer complementary fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

Pleased to share our experience for a short staycation during the weekend. Mr. Khaled the manager at the front desk is very accommodating and helpful. We checkin smoothly and swiftly. The housekeeping team supervised by Madam Lilia and her team namely Alwin, Hari, Ashwini and Nyombie certainly rendered an amazing service and delightedly provided all the things we need during our stay. They ensure we have a lovely stay and something we can cherished. My kids enjoyed the kayak and other water activities. Place is wonderful and travel time is just an hour from Dubai. Overall, highly recommended.

This accor property is not value for money, service is not good at all and staff is not customer friendly my advise is to train hotel front end staff well and ask the your team to be promot on call to help guest.

A good relaxing trip with the family and surely worth it, definitely would recommend the resort to others for those who wish to have a relaxed time away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely resort. One drawback is the day we were at the resort there was road construction work and bit of an inconvenience to all who wanted to access the beach which on the opposite side of the resort, other than that the food, hospitality and other facilities was amazing, will surely visit again.

Visited the property on a special occasions. Thanks to Ms. Alaa who did an amazing job and for the birthday cake and Amenities. Breakfast was amazing and had a lot of options. They have heated bathtubs on 1st floor.

Old rooms , the management should be more hospitable....no fast response to the calls , couldn't order inroom dining.... couldn't get a proper service from checking in , during my stay till I checked out

internet was terrible & no front desk or IT assistance, furthermore bed quilt blankets are not enough at all, security deposit was much and non reasonable to be taken, points have not been added to a count & never offered to be added

Good staff but not very clean

The hotel is located on a nice island..however, the room we got was dirty once we got in. We travelled with a baby, so we couldn’t really be fussy about it as we didn’t want to move rooms. There was hair in the toilet and we left it like that even until the next day cleaning but the hair was still there even after they cleaned the room...staff was very nice and helpful though.. there are things that don’t make sense because of COVID-19 situation. We couldn’t take our own food at breakfast and some doors were closed so people couldn’t walk through but in the pool there were like 50 people in it.. just don’t get the logic but anyway...it’s not really baby-friendly hotel as bringing stroller around the hotel was a hit of a challenge

The room was very smiley The sofa bed was very low quality and stained. The housekeeper staff are very nice and cooperative however the limited resources like the air refresher is not available neither rooms or corridors.

Certain improvements required in food

In buffet it would be better to include Indian cusine and veg items. Veg main dishes are very less in dinner and breakfast. Front desk and restaurant service was awsom . Always given friendly service.

Stayed there for 2 nights in the first weekend of September 2020 with family . I couldn't believe this is part o Accor Hotels . It is a 3 star or less hotel and very high overpriced . The rooms were too small and poorly maintained . There were cockroaches all around the toilet and the bedroom and there was a huge leak in the bathroom which they failed to rectify inspite of repeated requests .
