Trudno jest oceniać zalety hotelu, kiedy wszystkie wrażenia pozytywne są niwelowane przez ten uciążliwy nawet nie zapach lecz smród szamba.

generalnie na plus natomiast mieliśmy pokój od strony ulicy, non stop 24/7 jeździły ciężarówki, betoniarki i było mega głośno w pokoju w nocy w związku z tym słabo spaliśmy

Our team is always available on-site to assist with alternative arrangements, subject to availability, to better align room placement with guest preferences. However we always encourage guests to contact us during the stay so we can resolve any concerns instantly. Kindly note that our hotel concept and package details are available on our official website and through our travel partners. Our package begins at 15:00 on the arrival day (including lunch) and ends at 12:00 on the departure day (including breakfast). For guests who wish to continue enjoying our facilities, meals, and beverages after 12:00, we offer a discounted extension package to ensure comfort before departure. Additionally, our departure rest lounge provides complimentary drinks, such as juice, coffee, tea, and pastries, for guests after checkout. Your comments about bar service timing and activities for older children have been noted and shared with the relevant teams, as balancing service efficiency and age-appropriate entertainment remains an important focus. Obsługa hotelowa naprawdę na najwyższym poziomie, ale… 1. Bary hotelowe kończą podawanie drinków o godzinie 0:30 trochę za wcześnie moim zdaniem. 2. Łazienki hotelowe nie domyte. Ubrudzone farba elementy chromowane, nie domyte. Odplulyw prysznicowy uszkodzony. Brak jakiej kolwiek szafki obok umywalki, nie ma miejsca na kosmetyki. Wszystko musieliśmy trzymać na biurku w pokoju. W samym pokoju też oprócz biurka brak jakiekolwiek szafki, półki żeby położyć walizki . Musiały leżeć na podłodze nierozpakowane bo w szafie brak miejsca z półkami dla dwóch osób, żelazko niesprawne No i trzeba wspomnieć że wentylacja w fazie ce nie istnieje, po kąpieli zaparowane wszystko. I co nas bardzo zdziwiło, brak szczotki do WC 3. Najgorszą jednak rzeczą to przeokropny smród zdechłego zgniłego mięsa na terenie całego hotelu zwykle koło 19 - 20 wieczorem. Coś niesamowitego.!! Trudno to wytrzymać!!
