Pracownicy recepcji to jakaś kpina... zapominają o podstawowych sprawach. Zamówiłem kwiaty na urodziny dziewczyny i zapłaciłem za to 400 AED na 8 rano ... o 9.30 poszedlem na recepcję po zwrot pieniędzy to mnie poinformowano że już zaraz będą... słabe to... Tym samym będąc tam poprosiłem o tort do kolacji :) zapewniono mnie ze juz wszystko jest załatwione i żebym się nie martwił że będzie na pewno , oczywiście w ala carte musialem prosić o tort bo o niczym nie wiedzieli ... To mój 4-ty Rixos... najgorszy w którym bylem :-/ a na stołówce codziennie stoi Pani przy wejściu i próbuje Cię wylegitymowac jak byś był obcokrajowcem przekraczającym granicę... wszystko to wpływa na komfort odpoczynku... I jest bardzo słabe!!!
