We were really pleasantly surprised with this hotel as the reviews we read prior to were mixed. The room was very nice and spacious and spotlessly clean. In fact the whole hotel was spotless. The location is excellent being right in the middle of town and the staff were very accommodating.

Great location, superb views, Good rooms, Very close to the lake, spas and eat street. Rooms are clean, spacious with good views. Staff is courteous. Breakfast spread is good. However, they need to have a porter to help with the luggage especially since they don’t have reserved parking slots for their guests. The lady at the reception was kind enough to help us with our luggage when we checked in and guide us on the nearby parking slots.

The hotel was amazing. Great location. Great staff. Offered valet parking that was amazing. The breakfast was great. We had dinner at the barrel restaurant in the hotel and the food was fabulous

A typical Pullman stay

Your typical Pullman design hotel! Room was quite comfortable! Parking was readily available with a valet service for almost 50 dollars a day and your car sits outside next door to the hotel in an uncovered area from what I could see. Breakfast was ok. Gym was nice for a hotel gym! Toiletries were what you expect of a Pullman! Toilet and shower were separate which I like! Mattress was nice and so was the TV. As a gold Accor member I was not given the free drink vouchers which I found unusual as I normally stay in Pullmans across the country/Australia and always get the vouchers! Location is great but it comes with a price tag!
