Noise and crowds everywhere…anytime…beware !

Not good at all. Unbelievably noisy, small rooms and be prepared not getting a good night’s sleep at all when staying on a weekend as the construction is miserable and if someone shuts a door 50 feet from you you gonna jump up in your bed. Then to make it completely bothersome the housekeeping starts a 7 or 8 and completes the picture of a spoilt sleep….ah and on the weekends it’s just so crowded you won’t even find a space for your breakfast in the huge breakfast/lobby . I was really shocked how dirty the breakfast area was and how guests in Covid times could handle the breakfast stations without anyone caring. I am not a big Corona believer but believe me this was even too much for me to watch.Won’t ever return to this one for sure. Food quality not as good as other hotels. Over-cooked veggies, sweet ,soooo sweet fake juices and dry bakery items in plastic wraps. Coffee amongs the worst you will ever find in the country. And this in wonderful Mexico which produces finest coffee beans. There are so many better and faaaar but far cheaper hotels in Merida,don’t waste your time with a synthetic chain hotel like this one which doesn’t need to deliver due to the name and business guests. A no-go for anyone with common sense. Super-unfriendly check-in by a super self hating woman. Wow … find another job if you make even my wife and me feel unwelcome you did a good job…

I got robbed for my prescription sunglasses while i was away from my room. I went to the front desk to complain and continued with my day. When i returned to my room later that night my glasses magically appeared on my bed. Never again will i stay here .

This hotel is the worst hotel, room wasn’t clean at time of arrival, bathroom smelled like public toilet; bathroom and shower extremely small also the room even the suite was extremely small. Employees was rude poor customer service…. In top of everything that hotel doesn’t have anything NOT POOL, NOT LAUNDRY, NOTHING…

We stayed with our 3 dogs - and yes, the room is a little small but the room is clean, modern and has everything you might need. Location is fabulous - and is part of Galerias Mall. But truly, the staff and their upbeat personalities really make this hotel experience great! Fun, helpful and willing to do what they can to make your experience in the hotel perfect. The breakfast was so-so. For the dog people, lots of grass in the parking lot to walk your dogs right outside the front door.
