Dear Kris, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly with the room not being made up, the dirty glasses, and your disappointing experience at Bonnie. I completely understand how frustrating and upsetting this must have been. Please rest assured that our teams took the necessary steps during your stay to address these matters and assist you as best as possible Please allow me to clarify that your room was not serviced because the “Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed. We always want to respect our guests’ privacy and comfort, which is why we never enter a room when this sign is up. I completely understand, however, that this may have caused confusion or inconvenience, and I apologize for that. As a gesture to help make up for these inconveniences, we offered €101 credit for the bar and minibar, and I sincerely hope this demonstrates our commitment to your comfort and satisfaction. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and I have shared all your comments with the relevant teams so they are fully aware and can maintain the highest standards for future stays.
